Great visit—she got right to x-rays and then explained that she wanted me to see Dr. Phan for my implants since it might be related to how they were placed. Appreciated her honesty and thoroughness. Definitely recommend for general dentistry and consultations in Sunnyvale.

Took my son for his first dental appointment yesterday at Dr. Chiang's office in Sunnyvale. Honestly, the team was amazing! They answered all his questions, walked him through each step, and let him touch the tools before using them. When he got nervous, they let him take a break and gave him control. They were so kind and understanding. I've never had such a great experience with any dentist. We've definitely found our long-term family dentist for general dentistry and preventive care.

I lost my tooth the day before Thanksgiving, I texted my dentist, she responded immediately and when I asked if I can get my tooth fixed right away, she agreed. She fixed my tooth in time for Thanksgiving meal. Wonderful dentist.

Dr. Jen Chiang is everything you'd want in a dentist—thorough, compassionate, and always up on the latest research. She listens, never pushes unnecessary treatments, and explains trade-offs clearly. Been seeing her for over 4 years now, and she's never recommended anything that wasn't needed. If she doesn't know something, she'll look it up. Best cosmetic dentist I've ever been to, hands down.

Dec 2025 update: Dr. Chiang seems to have perfected the reflex of jumping on every negative review, always ready to deny or tweak them. Over a month has passed since I left mine, yet the owner is still adjusting it. Jennifer was amazing during my first few visits at her old office. However, since moving to her new location, it’s been very painful to get an appointment scheduled with the front desk. I had to re-submit my paperwork despite being a repeat customer and was (effectively) denied coverage as they couldn’t validate my insurance. Instead of calling my insurance provider they told me to be prepared to pay in cash during my visit or cancel my appointment. It felt like they didn’t need (nor want) my business.
I ended up going with Luxe dental (down the street) who provided a much better all around experience that was quick and easy, with great results.
Highly recommend! Dr. Chiang and her hygenists and office staff are all welcoming and kind. Dr Chiang is extrememly pleasant and easy to talk to. She is also knowledgeable, well informed, and up to date on the latest procedures and research. I had a fantastic experience!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chiang since January of 2024, and she has gone above and beyond in caring for my dental health. Unlike other dentists I’d visited, she actually took the time to craft a personalized plan, addressing both immediate needs and long-term goals—like using Invisalign to help correct my bite. One detail that really impressed me was how she personally handled much of the cleaning process, which not only boosted my confidence in her work but also motivated me to maintain better daily habits. Because of her thorough approach and guidance, my oral health has noticeably improved.
When we ran into a spacing complication during Invisalign, Dr. Chiang initially recommended tongue exercises and followed up regularly to see how I was doing. Once it became clear I wasn’t practicing them effectively (my fault), she introduced me to a device from a Japanese company called PreOrtho, which I only have to wear at night and for about an hour during the day. We noticed positive results almost immediately. Throughout it all, she has never tried to upsell me on anything— she is simply focused on the best solutions for my situation.
Her entire team is sharp, friendly, and incredibly organized, making each appointment and follow-up seamless. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Chiang to anyone seeking a genuine, caring dentist.

Dr Jen has been the incredible dentist I didn’t know I needed. Her office / staff are professional, responsive, kind, and efficient. Dr Jen is very thorough (but efficient), taking the time to review every little detail of findings when coming in even for basic checkups. She stays up to date with the latest products / procedures often recommending her favorite products and the best place to get a good deal. She is extremely knowledgeable about all things dentistry and good at breaking down complex topics to explain the rationale or physics behind them. She is also super kind and a great listener when I have questions or concerns. I trust her implicitly with my dental care to partner with me and help me make the best decisions for my teeth.

Dr. Chiang is an amazing dentist. Although I now live almost 70 miles away after moving to Marin, I still think she is worth the drive. She's the only dentist I've ever had who took the time to figure out where exactly my flossing technique was lacking, and showed me exactly how to improve it, specifically instructing me how to hold and move the floss so it would remove all the material. With her help, I've been able to reverse the pockets that had formed in my gums.

Had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Jennifer Chiang, and the whole experience was amazing. Her local anesthesia was so effective—I didn't feel a thing. She took out both upper wisdom teeth in one shot, and the whole process was under 20 minutes. Plus her communication made me feel super comfortable and really reduced my fear. If you need help with dental phobia and want high-quality care, she's definitely one of the top dentists in Sunnyvale for oral surgery and general dentistry.
