Honestly, the worst dental experience I've ever had. For over a year I had pain and sensitivity in my tooth and gum, and Dr. Schulte just kept taking X-rays without ever telling me what was wrong. Finally saw another dentist in Fort Mitchell who showed me my upper left molar was completely decayed. He also never mentioned my wisdom teeth coming in. Felt like he just ignored the real issues.

Please don't bring your kids here unless you want their teeth to rot. The receptionist was rude, and we waited over a year just to get my daughter's cavity fixed. After waiting 16 months for an appointment, I took her elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous.

They mixed up my husband's appointment with mine, then never apologized or called back. They rarely answer the phone and are rude when they do. I finally got an appointment after many calls, then they canceled last minute. Terrible communication.

Every filling I've had here failed, leading to root canals or extractions. Also, my son was terrified and Dr. Schulte screamed at him instead of comforting him. They put caps on his teeth, but one got abscessed and had to be pulled. Now I'm paying another dentist to fix everything.

My own experience use to be good but the last time I was in there was over a year ago and I'm suppose to be seen every 6 months and the lady to front said no only once a year and I called my insurance and they told me they pay for visits every 6 months so guess they just were to busy to allow me to come in there every 6 months like I've always done .and the last time the lady that cleaned my teeth spit in my mouth and she herself had the worst bad breath ever and it made me sick and after her spitting in my mouth I can tell you this much I will not be going back to them .this office is old and out dated equipment there office isn't clean at all smells very bad .I had a very bad experience as well one of my front teeth is cracked due to something they caused .

Buckle up, this is rough. I was never scared of the dentist until I went here. He mocked my fear of needles, did horrible fillings that hurt for months, and the novocaine didn't fully work. Complete nightmare.

My 15-year-old broke his front tooth, and the price jumped from $208 to $407 while he was in the chair. They made my husband feel trapped. Also, my dentures from them were terrible—go to Affordable Dentures instead. Stuck because of insurance.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schulte's for well over 15 years now. He is an excellent dentist, with state of the art dental equipment and well trained staff. Techinicians, nurses and assistants are trained to perform many duties allowing the MD/DMD/DDS/DO/OD a little more time to handle the extensive work of their field. I personally wouldn't go to any other dentist, in fact he is a DMD not a DDS, which is additional education.

Warning: The dentist doesn't do fillings—he leaves it to the assistant. He was in a hurry and barely supervised. My child was in the chair for almost two hours because the staff seemed clueless. The filling failed later. Avoid for pediatric care.
