Dr. Dellesandro is nice, but not a great dentist in my experience. There were errors in judgement that cost me extra pain and money. Most recently, he referred me to an endodontist for a root canal that wasn't needed, and when it got worse, they wanted me to pay twice. I'm finding another dentist in New York to handle it.

Honestly, I had to switch dental offices in New York after multiple billing issues here. The front desk kept saying they'd look into it and call back, but never did—I had to keep calling. Dr. Min and her hygienist were pretty good, which is why I gave them a few chances, but there was some shaming during cleanings too. After it happened MULTIPLE times, I'm taking my business elsewhere. As someone who needs a lot of dental work done, I'd recommend going somewhere else in NY.

Dr. Dallessandro is a decent dentist in New York—not great, not bad. I went to him for 20 years. The problem is their billing practices; I was overcharged at least 3 times. Once for a cleaning, once for a quick filling, and once for a dental implant that cost nearly 10k. Even after insurance, they billed me $205 months later. Just feels greedy, especially with that form you sign.

Extremely disappointed with my treatment at this New York dental office. Came in with jaw pain and inflamed gums, thinking it might be a cut or food particles. They threw in a cleaning, which I needed, but I have dental trauma from childhood. Living paycheck to paycheck, dental care is tough. Just left feeling appalled by the whole experience.

From what I've seen, the doctor at this New York office has great energy, but I haven't had him as my dentist. The issue is the office manager, Richard—total nightmare. I was hired as a treatment coordinator, and in my first 10 minutes, he was gossiping about a patient and hung up on her. Comes off nice but is actually inconsiderate and unorganized. Definitely be aware if you're considering this place.
