The office is gorgeous—totally not your typical dentist vibe. It's so calming, with beautiful photos at every station. The staff is super friendly, never rushed me, and they even have blankets! They explained every step of the X-rays and showed me the images. I hate the dentist, but this place is different. The reviews are true. Never thought I'd write a review for a dentist, but Dr. Fredericks and her staff are just wonderful. I've been to some pretty bad dentists and some okay ones, but it's always been nerve-wracking. This is the first time I wasn't nervous at all. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. I needed a crown, and it was almost pain-free—least pain I've ever had for a dental procedure. If you need restorative dentistry in Federal Way, this is the place. They really care.

Ashley, Meghan, Brittan, and Dr. Fredericks (only people I’ve met so far) are all very friendly, professional, and caring. I’ve had a few appointments there now and I’ve enjoyed interacting with each of them. They seems to genuinely care about what’s going on with you while maintaining professionalism and boundaries. The staff are thoroughly knowledgeable about their craft and seem to flow well as a team.
The office has a lot of free parking which, coming from the city, is awesome! It’s also very clean, inviting, and comfortable. All other offices that I’ve been to have felt so cold and bleak- this one is the opposite. They even have a cooler with drinks and a counter with snacks in the lobby area. I’ve been treated kindly, equally, and compassionately by all staff.
I will be suggesting this office to everyone I know!

2020 was rough, and cracking a back tooth didn't help. I'm not a fan of crowns, but Dr. Fredericks made it bearable. I've been her patient for over 10 years, and after today's crown appointment, I'm so glad I chose her. Dr. Fredricks is absolutely the best! She is kind, caring and gentle. She asks frequently if you're feeling any discomfort so she can address it and make you as comfortable as possible. I had a crown prep this morning and I actually dozed off a couple of times. I was just so cozy under a super soft blanket they offered me and they have this device that allows you to relax your jaw while they work on you. It also provides constant suction so no choking on your own spit! Her office is modern with gorgeous artwork and her staff is top notch. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a dentist. My kids and their spouses love her too ❤

This is hands down the best dentist I have ever been too! Everyone who works here truly cares about my health, life, and teeth! They are flexable and great at communication. The office looks great, all the staff were polite and friendly. Dr. Fredericks is very professional and skilled at what she does. The crowns she did look fantastic and very natural. She's not just a doctor. She is a true artist! I honestly could not be happier with the results. Best dentist I've had.
