First visit since moving to Texas, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff was friendly, and made the appointment easy and enjoyable. The Dentist was thorough and friendly and the locations movie theme was so much nicer than any place we have been before.
20 out of 5 stars! Dr. Jeff is wonderful. So is the entire staff! Dr. Olive is also a family fav. I joke that my daughter will get cavities on purpose just so she can go back fir a visit. Highly recommend!
My nine year old had a bad experience with another local dentist office. He had a tooth pulled and as very traumatized. After our first visit here he said he wanted to give it his own five star review. We have now been for a cleaning and a couple fillings and he still maintains its 5 star review. I have never met a kinder more gentle dentist. He is excellent at what he does but puts kids at ease. We are so happy to have found Dr. Hoffman.

This place is amazing. My son had to get fully sedated due to sensory issues while having treatment done. They have this wonderful little dog named Olive that will sit with your child like a weighed blanket if they're nervous. Even during treatment. The staff has always been knowledgeable and kind to me at every interaction. I appreciate this more than they know.

My son loves going to Dr. Hoffman's office; The doctor is kind, patient and one can tell he enjoys taking care of kids teeth. His office decor and atmosphere is very cool if you're a movie lover; the staff is polite and Olive their dog is just amazing for the kids with anxiety. Being a patient for 4 years now.

Dr. Hoffman is seriously the sweetest. When we talked about my son's treatment in Keller, I asked if he could try without the tooth pillow—my son had a bad experience with it at another office here and got really scared. Dr. Hoffman promised to do his best as long as my son cooperated, which meant so much since we're new to Texas. He really listened and made us feel heard about the pediatric care.

My son had an abscessed tooth that needed to be pulled. He has a history of anxiety. They kept him calm as a cucumber. With headphones listening and watching his favorite movie, nitrous for nerves, and a therapy pup to top it off. The therapy dog would be worth a very long drive out of your way in itself. The staff is amazing and friendly. The dentist was open to shifting the treatment plan to my liking, which I really appreciated. Some medical professionals can make you feel lesser than when you question their plan, but this was NOT the case here. He let me ask my possibly silly questions and gave me a lot of comfort in changing things a bit. He listened, explained, and took as much time as I needed to get my questions out and weigh risks/benefits.
I would suggest this dentist to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

Went here for the first time today and it was amazing. The staff are so amazing and they went beyond any of my expectations. The office does its best to manage small children with videos, gaming systems, even a therapy dog! I usually feel embarrased when my little one runs around but the staff here even helped keep him occupied. When it came time to talk dental, the doctor was clear in his descriptions and didnt seem rushed at all. I absolutely reccomend this place.
