Wish I could share a good experience. This dentist was referred for my son, but I've been calling almost every day for a week and a half—no one answers. Not very professional. Maybe it's a good thing they didn't answer.

Absolutely love Dr. Kees and his whole staff! My kids have been going here for years—my oldest started at 4 and is now 16. Dr. Kees makes them comfortable and explains everything in detail. He doesn't rush you out. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. Nothing but positive energy. Highly recommend this office for pediatric dental care in Fort Mitchell!

I don't know how to rate this place. The surgery itself was 5 stars—Dr. Kees did well. But months later, my kids had pain. I called and they basically said if they're still in pain, schedule with Dr. Kees, otherwise go to a regular dentist. When I called back, a rude nurse said my kids weren't brushing. Not helpful.

Dentist make me and my kids very nervous, but after we met everyone we instantly felt relieved because how friendly they were. They explained every step to us and were wonderful. Hands down the easiest children's dental center. I couldn't be happier. I was sick, so the staff came to my car with paperwork, took my kiddos inside for their pediatric teeth cleanings, and even brought them back out. They reminded them to watch for cars. If you're looking for a pediatric dentist in Fort Mitchell, this is the place. Dr. Kees is great too.

I can't say enough good things about this office and Dr. Keyes! My 4 year old needed extensive work done and they got her scheduled right away. A few days later she was having pain and they got her into surgery about a week later! I am genuinely impressed with how much they care. I would like to make special mention of the office manager (I can't remember her name as we had services done in May). She was very professional and caring and actually spent time answering my questions.
Amazing dentistry!!! From the first phone call I could tell I’d really like this office. They went above and beyond to help us, not only my younger children but helped give tons of references for my older child experiencing dental pain. I could not recommend this office more!!
Out of every place that I have been, they were the greatest by far they articulated things to where I was able to understand. Very informative in everything they do I’ve learned so much in the short period of time I was there. They made sure like you’re comfortable. They’re really kind and they make sure your scheduling and stuff is consistent with what you’re able to do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!! The lady in the front desk won’t tell us her name she’s called the cops on my mom!!! She said to one of her co-workers my baby sister has the dirtiest mouth because she had a couple cavities , and my mom (who works at a dentist) is trying to get my sisters x rays back and she refused. The lady said my mom was harassing her all because we wanted to know if he had to pull two teeth and the lady just pushed the appointment back instead of trying to handle it! This dentist needs to get his staff together!
The bad reviews on here are for his front staff desk, we couldn’t even talk to the dentist. His front desk staff are on a power trip. They do not care about the dentist, his practice or most importantly the patients! They are rude and treat people with disabilities like they are unworthy of treatment because they are on state medical insurance. I had My 8 year old son scheduled here and his mom called and switched it even after they told me that she could not schedule him for one because she missed to many appointments and for two I was in ten middle of brining them custody paper work. So after trying to discuss with the front desk staff how she was able to change his appointment they started acting like I was doing something wrong just to tell me they were not going to see him now and hung up on me and my wife. Apparently them being right and on a power trip is more important than my son being seen and getting his teeth fixed. Please don’t schedule your kids here. They don’t need someone else to be mean to.
We were nervous about this office because of some rough reviews, but had no choice due to insurance. Dr. Kees didn't perform on my son (wasn't severe enough), but he and his staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The head nurse kept us at ease. The appointment was swift and helpful. They offer pediatric dental exams and emergency care here.

Really good place to bring your kiddos! You can tell the staff love they do for a living. My kids are always so comfortable & they have fun lol!! The staff put so much effort into ensuring our children have a good time that my kids leave happy each time! In fact they’ve wanted to stay & play lol but yes very very nice facility with very sweet people.
These front desk people are these most unprofessional employees I have ever had the chance of speaking to. Not only did they cancel an appointment for my son who has developmental disabilities and is on life Sustaining medication’s that are causing his teeth to break and his gums to have issues, (he’s 8 btw.) they told us his bio mom could not make appointments because she missed to many, but we had to have all kinds of information just to get him scheduled. My husband spent and hour on the phone with them. They finally scheduled the appointment. His bio mom whom he’s not seen in 2 years calls and reschedules his appointment trying to help out, not knowing he was already scheduled. They didn’t inform her for one and for two, we went through this huge process just to get him scheduled! We call up there for them to play a bunch of word games with us when all we are trying to do is have our son treated until his insurance kicks in, in Ohio and off KY state insurance! Front desk tell me I’m being rude and talking over them, she gets upset because I called her out on lying to my husband about our sons bio mom not being able to schedule him, this lady tells me that they are not going to see him now because I had an attitude! And they hang up on me! What a power trip! I will pay out of pocket somewhere else! They think that because our son had state insurance that we don’t have money! And don’t deserve equal treatment! Wrong! This complaint will not stop here! I really hope this dentist gets his front desk people under control before someone sues them.
The bad reviews on here surprise me. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kees and his entire office. Both my 6 year old and 3 year old have been seen at this office and they were both treated great. They scheduled my 6 year old son’s surgery quickly and professionally. My son just had surgery with Dr. Kees this morning and we were all treated great. I will definitely bring my kiddos back to this office.
This was one of the worse experiences my child and i have had ever. I had the worst experience yesterday at this dental office.
First as soon as we walked in we were not greeted and when we were spoken to We were talked down to.
My son needed x rays ( i was not allowed in the room) and the woman that was taking him back was very disrespectful in telling me i was not aloud. She literally screamed “ you can’t go with him”
My son was then uncomfortable and told me he was scared to go with her. She tried forcing him to say he trusted her.
I asked if I could stand by the door or in the hall way and was told agin no. She then asked my child and I if he had A DISABILITY!!! ( He does not) but to ask a child that is inappropriate.
I then proceeded to just reschedule the appointment and walk out and was told to not worry about rescheduling and that she would be calling “the place “ where I came from.
We experienced discrimination at this office and i have yet to hear back from them regarding our experience.
