If you go to this dentist in Staten Island for help fixing another dentist's mistake, she gets jealous you didn't come to her first. Seems egotistical and money-hungry, with zero effort to fix what she sees as someone else's errors. Let me leave with an infection and no antibiotics. Dangerous, petty, and lacks empathy. Stay far away for your health.

First time at this office after moving to Staten Island from Jersey, needed a new dentist, but I'm never coming back. Visit was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unpleasant. Arrived for my 12pm appointment, but the receptionist was rude, saying it was at 11:30pm—no one called to confirm. They accommodated me, then claimed I had wrong insurance info. Just a frustrating experience overall.

I'm a new patient who went in for cleaning recently and just today, two cavity fillings. I've had a number of cavity fillings before from different dentists over time, so I know the routine. I didn't feel welcome/comfortable here, and the service seemed transactional. Today, for instance, while sitting on the reclined patient chair, I wasn't given explanations as to what to expect. I know a numbing agent is administered beforehand, but I wasn't given a warning (which would've been a comforting gesture, since injections are not for everyone). The hospitality and personal connection with patients in my opinion is lacking, and that doesn't make for a good returning patient. I will be looking for a different dentist in Staten Island. On the positive side of things, your temperature is checked and windows are open, as per COVID safety precautions.

At my old dentist, cleanings were painful, but the hygienist Julia here did a great job—didn't hurt at all. Office is small but I never waited long. Parking's a bit annoying, but it's well worth it!
