By far one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dentist in Alexandria, VA. The hygienist was super amazing—she walked me through what she saw and gave me a new floss recommendation. Dr. Kim was great too, said I had healthy teeth and recommended a few cosmetic changes, which I'm happy about since it's something I've been wanting! He's an excellent dentist and runs an amazing practice—office staff are super helpful, nice, and knowledgeable, and the dental staff are thorough, thoughtful, and gentle. Dr. Han is truly the best. He is exceptional at what he does and somehow manages to make every visit enjoyable. Not only is he incredibly skilled, he is also a low key comedian, which makes a dental appointment feel surprisingly comfortable and relaxed. You can tell how much he genuinely enjoys interacting with his patients. He treats everyone with care, respect, and attention, and yes, his Virgo energy absolutely shows in the best way.
The staff is equally phenomenal. From the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists, the entire office is welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. The women at the front desk are engaging and organized, and the clinical staff is thorough, gentle, and professional. It honestly feels like a dream team.
I have had several services done here including cleanings, a crown, and a cavity filling, and I have zero complaints. I never felt pressured to do anything. I already knew what I wanted to prioritize, such as replacing older silver fillings with white ones, and the approach was always collaborative and respectful.
