Couldn't be happier with this dental office in Roanoke! The staff are always kind and patient, and they get us in quickly—no long waits. My daughter actually looks forward to her visits, which says a lot. They're wonderful at soothing nervous kids, explaining each step during exams and cleanings. The office is clean and cheerful too. The staff at this Roanoke clinic are helpful and warm, and the dentist is thorough and knowledgeable. They got my son in for a consultation in less than a week from my call and scheduled the procedure for next week. Even their school excuse letter shows they care. Very friendly staff and a super clean, kid friendly office. The dentist makes visits stress free for my son AJ, and they are always quick to call him in right on time. We had a great experience here. Demitri was our hygienist, and she did an extra good job of making my son feel comfortable. Both the hygienist and the dentist were very thorough. We will definitely be back in 6 months!
My boys had a great, easy experience at Kids First Dental in Roanoke this past week. It was my youngest's first time in the chair for a full treatment, and they made him feel so comfortable. The staff including the receptionist, hygienist and doctor are very considerate and friendly. My kids initially had anxiety but the team was so encouraging and nice to them. I give it 5 stars for excellent dental work and especially for their caring attitude towards the kids.
I love this dentist office they are great with my daughter and make her feel comfortable at every visit. 💕 They make the parents feel at home as well. We visit so much that the ladies at the front desk know what I want for a next appointment time. It makes for a great experience when the whole office is happy to see us.

My youngest son's first dentist appointment was an emergency extraction after his tooth cracked and was pretty traumatic; he came in a week or so later for a cleaning and the staff made him incredibly comfortable! It was like his first visit never happened. My oldest son has quite a bit of out of pocket dental work and they have been working on it with me to make things manageable over time and multiple visits. Wonderful folks.
I was running a little behind and they still saw me. Front desk staff was amazing. The staff here made my daughter very comfortable. My daughter who was nervous came out jumping for joy. Thank you Kids First for your amazing care.

Kids First Dental in Roanoke got us in super quick when we needed emergency dental care. Everyone was nice and friendly, which helped since it was my little one's first visit and she was scared. The doctor and assistant showed extra patience with her. Even though it wasn't perfect, I'd definitely recommend them in VA and plan to keep using their services.
