We've been taking our daughter to see Dr. Becker since she was a toddler, and she's 11 now. Dr. Becker is the only dentist she's ever seen. She's absolutely amazing, and her staff is wonderful too. They're the best. Getting a toddler to lay on their back and open their mouth is hard, but the place is so fun and colorful, and the hygienists are very sweet. They dress up like bugs for Halloween and go all out! We've had great dental checkups and cleanings here in Federal Way, WA. My kids love it!

I'm writing to let your team know that I am very disappointed today . I was only informed after 45 min that we are still waiting for the room to be open . There were several people in front of me in line . If you knew ahead of time that I have a disabled / autistic child that needs a room . Why would you want us to wait for that long and why would you give the room away ??? I am very surprised that your staff are so uneducated when it comes to autism and the lack of knowledge to handle planning . This is the 2nd strike your staff did . One visit , we were in the room and my kid was screaming and wanted the door open bec she feels claustrophobic . One staff member just shut the door without asking us . Your staff needs to be educated .Although, I am happy with the dentist and she was very understanding and kind . The other staff on the other hand was not very helpful. I had to wrestle my kid to get there this morning only to find out I had to wait for so long . My kid doesn't have the attention span like normal kids do . They get overwhelmed and overstimulated so quick there won't be enough time left for cleaning and whatever's you need to do . By the way 1:14 or 1:20 has autism .Your staff should have been more empathetic. I dont need special Treatment but it would help to communicate so I can decide . I will be cancelling future appointments bec your staff doesn't know how to handle autistic children.

I can't put into words how amazing this dentist and staff are at Kids on 1st. They are very understanding and adept at handling challenges presented by kids who are scared of dental procedures, like mine are. It was our first time at this dentistry. We weren't happy at our last dentistry so we switched. We had a great experience, from beginning to end. I’ve had a bad experience with a previous pediatric dentist in Federal Way when my son was 1.5 years old (he’s currently 8) The previous dentist, who is now retired, did not fully disclose information to me about the SDF treatment and I felt rushed when he met us and this was the first time very meeting him. This left my son with permanent black marks on his front teeth until he lost his baby teeth. As a medical professional myself, I did not feel like fully informed and rubbed me the wrong way because he did not have good bedside manner, especially meeting him for the very first time.
Fast forward to 6 months later, when then found Dr. Becker’s office. When we met Dr. Becker for the first time, she was very kind, patient and understanding of what treatment occurred with the previous dentist. She fully informed me, as a parent, everything that needed to be done. She continues, after all these years, shows the compassion and care for my children & it shows. All her staff members are very kind and gentle with my kids! Thank you Dr. Becker and staff!

The staff was absolutely wonderful. All my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt 100% comfortable with all the suggestions, advice, and procedures. The results were better than I expected! My son had so much work that needed to be done and it was such a smooth process and quick recovery! 20/10 rating!

Excellent customer service, dedicated staff , Doctor Becker made my girl dental experience fun !. My daughter loved her. The office is in general is very welcoming with all COVID 19 protocols in place.
