Honestly, I'm really frustrated with how things went. My daughter had an infection after her last visit but they didn't prescribe anything. Then they brought up reporting me because back in 2024 they recommended a root canal after an accident at Urban Air in 2019. The other root canal place never got back to us, and once the infection cleared she was fine, so I thought we were good. She went for a cleaning in Dec 2024 with her dad, then I took her again in July 2025 for a dental cleaning, and the first thing I hear is about reporting. I get pediatric dentistry can be complicated, but dismissing an infection without treatment in LaGrange, GA? Not cool.

This place is horrible! All about the money. My granddaughter needed 2 caps on 2 teeth but came home with 8! They let my daughter sign paperwork before telling her it was 8. When she asked to only do 2, they said they can do whatever they want because she signed. I called that same day to speak to the dentist but never got a call back. Unacceptable for restorative dentistry in LaGrange, GA.

Never take your babies here! I jumped through all the hoops to get my son to surgery, and then a lady named Kayla called me. She started asking questions she should've known if she'd read his file. I told her we live 45 minutes away, and she asked if I wanted my pediatrician to send my child for surgery 45 minutes from our house. I got upset because if you're not going to read the file, don't call. Then she started texting. Awful experience for emergency dental care in LaGrange, GA.

This office is truly amazing. My 3-year-old needed general anesthesia, and they walked me through everything. They checked on me every 15 minutes during his appointment and gave updates. Genny was so thoughtful—she made sure I ate and was comfortable, and even followed up the next day. She's a sweet soul. I can't thank them enough. I've been taking my kids here for 2 years. The office staff and hygienist are great, but the dentists are not. Dr. Odom doesn't acknowledge or communicate with parents or kids. Last time, they said both my twins had 8 cavities on baby molars and needed sedation at Wellstar. I met with Dr. Pritchett to ask about using nitrous in the office for fillings one at a time, since my kids have never had issues, but he gave every reason why not. Not happy with the restorative dentistry approach in LaGrange, GA.

Kids Zone is an amazing place for kids! My kids love the staff—the hygienists make dental cleanings fun. We've only had wonderful experiences here. If your child is afraid of the dentist, try this office; the staff is fun and lighthearted and takes the fear out of it. 10/10 recommend for pediatric dentistry in LaGrange, GA. We absolutely love kids zone. I have been going there with all of 3 my kiddos and all 3 needed to have some work done and due to anxiety it had to be done in the OR. It was a easy process and the staff made me feel very comfortable with this and answered all of my questions. I am so grateful that the staff there understood my child's fears and anxiety and they went above and beyond to help with those. We will continue going to them and will always recommend them.
10/10 do not recommend taking your children to this dentist. I took my 5 year old for his first dentist appointment, they cleaned his teeth and did an x ray. The dentist came in and was out within 30 seconds. Calling out the names of the teeth that I guess they were going to do work on. Once he left the room the dental hygienist said to sign the treatment plan waver and they would call me so I could schedule an appointment. There was absolutely no communication between me and the dentist about what procedures needed to be done. I had to ask the hygienist before I signed the paper. I didn’t know what the treatment plan was completely until they called me to schedule an appointment. They then told me my son needed 6-8 silver caps. Already annoyed at the lack of communication I decided to get a second opinion before going through with it. My son needed 2 crowns and and a tooth pulled. Sounds like they were just trying to get as much money from insurance as they can. Do not trust their opinion and go with them as a first option. I definitely suggest getting a second opinion on any diagnostics/treatment plans they recommend.
My son is extremely nervous when it comes to anything medical. When he went to see Dr. Pritchett for an extraction, my son was a bundle of nerves. The entire staff was very calm and mild mannered which of course put my son at ease. Dr. Pritchett answered all my son's questions, reassured him, and carried on regular conversation with him. I have NEVER seen my son so calm at an appointment that he was at first nervous about. In fact, all of our visits so far have been wonderful for BOTH of my children. I applaud the doctors and staff here. I highly recommend this dentist office.
This place is great!! Probably the best dentist I have ever been to. My girls love this place. Everyone is so sweet. Recently my oldest girl had to have a procedure where is had to be put to sleep. Everything went so smoothly they were so informative the entire time. If I could I would Dr Pritchett and His team a 100 stars. I also want to give a shout out to the team at Wellstar Hospital they worked together to make a wonderful team thank you for taking care of my baby.

However, my experience contrary to what you may have been told was neither professional or pleasant. The veracity of the information forwarded to you from Katie and or Star regarding our conversation. Its interesting that they chose to attempt to raise racial undertones in their choice of words. I am sure that the toxicity that my daughter experienced during her minute tenure within those walls only shows the true nature of the beast. As a secondary contact number, I was never called to confirm an appointment, I received a text and I had to call in to your office to make your staff aware that my girls would be there at that time. This was not an error make by katie nor was the blatant lie told to me by Star. This was exactly as stated malicious, unprofessional get back behavior exhibited by your employees. Everyone here has helped my daughter get the smile she deserves and have treated us with so much kindness and concern for her self-esteem. I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff at this location. We went to get my 4-year-old a checkup and they were all amazing. The lady that took his x- rays made him so excited, asking about his favorite cartoons and singing him the theme songs that he was excited to cooperate with her. Dr. Deema was so sweet with him. She took extra time to talk to him, and play around with him. He liked her so much he let her carry him around the building to the room and told her he loved her before she left. The lady that cleaned his teeth was so sweet and gentle with him that he was excited and never felt the slightest bit uncomfortable or afraid. We just got home and he's already asking me when he gets to go back.

My wife just returned from there. This is the third different dentist we have seen, and our kids are always apprehensive about dental work. He was extremely rude to my 8-year-old son and my wife. He accused her of irresponsible parenting, even though he knows nothing about us. He forcefully told my son that he was being disrespectful while he was working on his mouth after my son answered all his questions. He refused to listen to her input, and recommended extreme procedures. We are not parents who write reviews much, nor are we quick to defend our children, nor do we change doctors and dentists frequently, but this will be our last time there. We will encourage others to do the same.
My son had a horrible experience with previous dentist when he was younger. I couldn't get him to set foot inside of a dentist office. Someone recommended Kid's Zone a few years ago and my son loves them. The staff and dentists are AMAZING! They work really well with the kids. I'm so happy that my son was able to overcome his fear at Kid's Zone!
As the mother of a special needs child, I would take my children no where else. ALL the staff here go above and beyond to make my child feel comfortable and at ease, which is no easy task, I assure you. Dr Pritchett is amazing. He is so very patient, calming, and explains each and every little thing he is doing in a low and calming tone, and in a way my son understands and accepts. Watching him with my son and seeing how my son trusts in him to do what needs to be done is very touching to me, and not easily found. My son even thanks him and won't leave without a hug. Only the parent of a special needs child could understand how very important that is and how much it means. Trips to the dentist would be impossible and a full blown episode each and every time without Dr. Pritchett. Dr. Pitts is also really great... I highly recommend this office and can not say enough about them. Thank you so much for all you do, and always going above and beyond, and making our lives just a little bit easier!
