Dr. Q has probably told me I have so many cavities because he wants to remove my teeth and sell them on the black market. Istg I have been told over the past 7 years that I've have over 14 cavities and I think over half of those cavities they told me I had did not exist. Because I brushed every single day and I flossed and they still told me I had cavities almost every visit. Idk but im glad im switching dentists because I know I dont have cavities. But otherwise I love the atmosphere and the toys they give you after your visit.

The sweetest people work here, it's the cutest little dentist and my son LOVES it here. I recommend definitely. Also it's super duper clean and this Kidzaam has been here since I was a little girl same age as my son pictured. He's getting a tooth taken out next visit and he's not even scared, he's excited to see them again!

Received a letter today saying my children were being discharged from this clinic, after I had already informed them that my children were no longer going to be patients there. Upon our last visit, I signed a form stating what my cost out of pocket would be for the visit after verifying what my insurance would cover for the appointment and I paid said amount for both children before leaving from the appointment. My grandchildren have been with Dr. Quaintence at Kidzaam for 7 years, since they were small, and he has been consistently friendly to all the kids who I have seen come in there. My kids were never nervous or afraid to go to the dentist. He is friendly, kind, and if they have a cavity at a visit, he reminds them in a non judgmental way to keep brushing and flossing. He always tells you what's going on and asks if you have questions. I would give him and his staff an A plus as a children's dentist, and fully encourage you to take your children there. Love this place. All the staff are so friendly. My kiddos love to go here. They explain everything to me and answer all my questions. They make it a great experience for my kids, my daughter has special needs and they always go above and beyond for her.
I regret not reading the reviews before visiting this dental office. My child was recommended an unnecessary root canal when only a small filling was needed. When I requested a second opinion, the tone of the staff shifted noticeably—suddenly, the hygienist and others became dismissive and rude.
Despite clearly stating multiple times that I only wanted x-rays and an exam, I was repeatedly pressured to consent to additional procedures. The office manager was unprofessional, and the environment felt more like a sales pitch than a healthcare setting. I was also deeply uncomfortable with the fact that I was not allowed to accompany my child into the treatment room for his first cavity filling.
This experience left me feeling judged and undermined as a parent for advocating for conservative care. I strongly advise others to research thoroughly before choosing this provider.
Excellent children's dentist! They are very thorough and are HAPPY to answer any questions you may have about your child's dental health! They are excellent with children and are very patient with those with sensory issues! I would highly recommend Kidzaam. And as a bonus, their office is so kid friendly with so many kids activities, there is no way a child can get bored with any possible wait times. My boys had a blast there and asked when they can return!

This is the perfect kids' dentistry! It's even cooler on the inside with video games, fun overhead ambiance, and great trinkets for kiddos. Friendly staff and efficiently paced appointments.
This is the most amazing children's dentist. As you can tell from the outside of the building this place is all about being fun, silly and being healthy. My 3 kids ages 1-9 all felt safe and comfortable. The Dr. was very gentle and respectful to all of the children.

A super friendly place for kids, the personal here is very nice and they know how to do their jobs. It's a very clean and fun place, my kids love going to the dentist just because it's here. They give balloons and some little extra gift each time they come. The doctor gave me lots of options and information for each of my kids and tips for the little ones, even my kid with autism loves coming here.

My son loves coming to the dentist, he says it's fun because they give them little toys and always walks out with a balloon. Staff is always going above and beyond to meet our needs or answer any questions i may have. The dr. As well is always so kind, patient and takes his time to answer all of my questions. Children are normally scared of the dentist. This facility is super fun and the staff super friendly. I’ve never been to a more fun and welcoming dentist facility! Kidzaam needs to be in every state so every child can experience this wonderful place! Dr. Q is the best dentist I’ve had the pleasure of knowing through the years!
