this is the best orthodontist every!!! i never had any problems with my braces( i ate what ever i wanted and not one bracket broke). they were always so nice a patient when i picked my colors and were so kind. my teeth were pretty messed up and they are now beautiful.
AWESOME! Dr. Kim and staff have been wonderful. Being an older patient, the straightening results exceeded my expectations. Treatments went as explained; regular tightening visits were quick but always friendly. Got my braces off last week and I'm here in the lobby writing this while waiting for my retainers. Gonna miss this place, but happy to have them off. Very happy with the results. Thank you Dr. Kim!

My experience was great with Dr. Kim! I dreaded getting braces in my 40s but he made it a smooth experience. Straightened my teeth fairly quickly—about 6 months early. Monthly visits were quick and efficient, perfect for my busy schedule. Pricing was great too, one of the lowest we found across King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. 5 stars all around, couldn't have been better!

First off all, the whole staff here is wonderful. Shontae the appointment coordinator who gives a bright smile as soon as you walk through the door. Helena, a warm student that makes you feel comfortable & heard when you complain about the “normal” soreness from braces. Paulina who cracked jokes & stayed professional. Dr. Kim is a very upfront making the experience a lot smoother than I imagined. Laying out all his concerns and opinions in the beginning leaving no room for unexpected surprises. As much as I disliked braces, I will definitely miss this office. 10/10 recommendation.

I heard a lot of good thing about Dr. Kim is very honest and professional, therefore, I brought both of my daughters to Dr. Kim for do a braces. One of my youngest daughter just take off the braces this week. It's amazing that her teeth was from under-bite to become the perfect shape and straight. We have had the best experience with Dr. Lee and his staff! Our daughter has a beautiful smile after her treatment path with Dr. Lee. They have a fantastic referral program, fun monthly contests and workable payment plans after insurance coverage. My daughter said after getting braces off, "I'm going to miss going in every month"!
Throughout the period of time I have had braces and even after, both Dr. Lee and Dr. Kim treated me with the most compassionate care. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied at the end of your treatment. They were always respectful of my time and resources; they gave me advice that would be most beneficial to me, not just themselves. I would not have chose to go anywhere else for my braces!
I really loved it here! Dr. Kim is amazing! I had my braces continued here for about 1 year and had recently got them off (: They were very supportive over the year and always said I was doing a good job with my rubber bands! Always keeps a good simple conversation going. Doesn't keep you waiting; always on time with appointments. Very clean and pretty place! Overall had an amazing time with them. I'll miss coming in for monthly checkups haha ! ❤️
We have been extremely happy with Kim and Lee Orthodontics. Dr. Kim was referred to us by family friends when we were searching for an orthodontist for one of our older daughters (whose teeth turned out great!) and our two younger daughters are currently patients. Dr. Kim is very practical, patient and caring. One of my daughters said that she appreciates that he listens to her questions and explains things well and is always concerned with the overall appearance after the braces come off. The office is relaxed and the staff are very friendly. We have since recommended him to neighbors who are also patients.
You must use Kim & Lee Orthodontics! Not only is their expertise, friendliness and service beyond outstanding, they provide the best value in the area (I have insight on this... I looked at three other orthodontists before choosing Kim & Lee). One thing I really appreciate about Dr. Kim is how clearly the issues were explained and then how I was provided numerous options to address them, sharing pros and cons of each, so I could choose the best for my family.
