Staff are nice and my kids like them, so that's good. They seem to do a good job with the pediatric dentistry. But our last visit was rough with communication. We had two kids with appointments, and they brought us back 20 minutes late for the first one—fine, it was busy. Then they left my kids sitting in the dental chairs for almost 35 more minutes just waiting. They put my 4-year-old and older kid on opposite sides of the room, so I was running back and forth. My little one didn't understand why we were waiting so long. Just a heads up for parents scheduling multiple kids in Vineland.

First time in years I wasn't satisfied with my son's cleaning. The assistant didn't put a napkin on his chest, used the same toothbrush and tray from my daughter's cleaning, and they shared the same room without any cleaning in between. This was on Friday 2/6/2026. The assistant was rushing and on her cellphone. When the doctor came, I pointed out his teeth were still dirty. She just brushed quickly and didn't floss. Very disappointed with the dental care here in Vineland.

They were amazing with both my kids. They got an indoor playground for the kids to play when we wait. This place is pretty cool & everyone there was super nice and sweet. We didn't even wait that long either.

My appointment was for 10, but we didn't get called back until after 10:30. I think they overbook. Also the parking lot isn't big enough for the number of patients. Almost slipped on ice out front. Employees were pretty nice though. Just wish the scheduling and parking were better for a dental clinic in Vineland.

After a bad experience at another dentist, I was so happy Kool Koala returned my call. My granddaughter had tooth pain. They got us in the same day for cleaning, x-rays, and saw the dentist—all in one visit! The staff were kind and helpful. Nicest, and most patient, dentists and receptionists, that ive ever met. Everyone was so kind and understanding. Plus they have this really cool slide in the waiting room that the kids loved to play on, even though the wait was super quick and overall the entire visit did not take that long.

I had an appointment this morning with my six year old daughter. She had a tooth that has been giving her pain and it needed a crown. The dentist was willing to do the procedure the same day. I explained to the receptionist that I get paid Friday which is in two days and that they could get my card information to get it out that day. The receptionist said that they could only perform the procedure if I gave them half the amount that was due. The rest I could pay Friday. This sounded great but then again I could not get the money after checking with some family members. I had to reschedule and the next appointment is February 16, 2026. If someone cancels their appointment it is possible that I can come sooner. I fully understand the clinic and wanting to make sure that they would get paid. However, I still left feeling disappointed that my child was in pain and that nothing could be done for her. It is no secret that our economy is not good right now and I would guess that many others are struggling with making things work in one way or another. Somewhere along the lines I would just like for things to be different from what they are today. I suppose that there are people out there who would be trying to cheat the system. But I am not one of them. I just wanted my daughter to get her teeth fixed.

Three things make this place outstanding. One: you don't wait 6 months for an appointment! We switched from Egg Harbor Family Dental and so glad we did. They even let you text the office and send constant reminders. Two: staff is so good with kids, happy and friendly. Three: the facility is nice and clean, with a waiting room that has tablets and a play area. The treatment rooms are great too. Best pediatric dentist in Vineland for sure!
