Dr. Lantzy is great, but unfortunately, I won't be returning to this office in Trophy Club. One of the front desk ladies, Michelle Gary, was extremely rude when I was 15 minutes late to my appointment. I get that I was in the wrong—I had a newborn and life happens—and I would've had no problem rescheduling. But her tone was disgusting and uncalled for. I don't trust someone to deal with my child who can't communicate effectively with adults, especially at work. Dr. Lantzy needs to choose staff who know how to handle things better.

But at Lantzy Children's Dentistry in Trophy Club, TX, the team, especially hygienist Lauren, has gone above and beyond with patience and empathy. He's now had two cleanings and X-rays without anesthesia, which is a huge deal! Dr. Lantzy's approach makes all the difference. The whole team—from reception to the doctor—was incredibly friendly and made us feel like family right away. My kids were super comfortable there! Very professional from start to finish. All of Dr.Lantzy’s staff were very sweet, caring and thorough. Dr.Lantzy did an incredible job with my son’s lip/tongue tie procedure, keep in mind he is only 9 weeks old. He answered all of my questions and was thorough and walked me through step by step on exactly what he does and especially for post case for exercises to prevent reattachment. His assistant was also sweet and caring To my concerns. I did research with several dentists for this procedure and I’m glad I chose this office to complete my son’s procedure. I had a great experience and will be back when it’s time for my son’s first official check up. Thank you guys (:

Our first time there and it is our primary one now! The technicians were absolutely amazing and very light hearted and caring for my kiddoes. I was so glad we choose this dentistry to go to! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! So impressed by Dr Lantzy as well!! He sat and talked w me and he kids about just life before going into the medical part. Very VERY Nice DR and team!!!

We had a great visit! Everything from check in to check out was smooth. Dr. Lantzy talked first about what typically happens at a dentist visit for my child’s age as well as the typical preventative measures. What was great about this was not only the information that he gave, but it gave my child time to get used to the room and look around and get comfortable before the actual exam.
We had to change dentist due to location and so far I am extremely happy with choosing Dr. Lantzy and his team as our new provider.

I am absolutely blown away by Dr. Lantzy and his team. I have a special needs 3 year old and have been struggling to find a dental team that has an environment prepared to help someone neurodivergent. Due to some issues my son has (bite/ties/poor enamel), we needed some educated on more than just keeping teeth healthy and we found everything in Dr. Lantzy and his team. Other dentists had recommended expensive devices or painful procedures but Dr. Lantzy really considered what was in the best interest of my son and found us another specialist who he can partner with to help.
From the first phone call his receptionists walked me through how the facility and team were set-up to support special needs kiddos. They absolutely delivered on everything she said and more. The facility is clean and bright. They had a special secluded room with a TV on the ceiling, sunglasses ready to help with the bright lights, a weighted blanket, and staff knowledgeable on how to work with special needs kids. Our first visit and cleaning were amazing and my son left calling Dr.Lantzy his new friend.
We came back today to have a cavity filled and my son was so excited to be there. I was so anxious for him, but Dr. Lantzy talked us through everything and made it such an amazing experience. My son got his cavity filled very quickly and with no tears or anxiety.
What really blew me away was tonight Dr. Lantzy called to check on my son and make sure he was okay. His autism put him at risk of chewing his cheek while it was numb and while Dr. Lantzy sent us home with several things to help, he still wanted to check in on him. Not only is he an amazing dentist with an incredible team, he truly cares about his patients. With all of the hurdles my son faces, I'm happy to say the dentist won't be one of them. Dr. Lantzy is hands down the best pediatric dentist we've ever encountered! Bringing in four kids for dental appointments at the same time can be a handful, but Dr. Lantzy and his team are friendly, accommodating, and make the entire process seamless.
His office has this playful beachy vibe that instantly puts everyone at ease. It's almost like walking into a tropical paradise, minus the sand and coconut drinks (although that would be epic!). 😅 It's a pleasant departure from the typical sterile dental office environment and helps create an easy and relaxed experience for both children and parents.

My children have been patients for almost 1 year. After their first visit my 10 year old was going on and on about how friendly the hygienist was and my 6 year old loved Dr. Lantzy. They both felt comfortable and at ease during their exam. I also like how parents have the option of going to the back with their child during the visit as this is not always the case at other pediatric offices. The front office team is excellent, explains the visit upon arrival, and always welcomes us with a smile. I have seen the office manager hard at work and I appreciate her hands on care— you can tell she truly cares for the patients. The hygienists and assistants are knowledgeable and educate my kiddos on their oral health at each visit. We appreciate Dr. Lantzy and his team!

Best dentist and staff around! Our kids have been seeing Dr.Lantzy since they were very very young. Dr. Lantzy is so caring and very patient wirh my girls who were very nervous to start. Staff is always very friendly and office is clean and kid friendly.
