When my old dentist retired, I started looking for a new one in Las Vegas. Hillcrest Dental popped up because it's close to home and their website was easy to use. Went in for my biannual cleaning and exam—wow. The place is modern and spotless. My team was Gladys, Misty, Dr. McCabe, Brooke, and Jennifer. They were all awesome. Felt like I'd been going there for years.

I'm horrible at the dentist, but the staff at Hillcrest went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Misty, the dental hygienest, was amazing and I was so impressed with all the high tech tools. My experience at Hillcrest Dental was an impressive one.
I haven't been to the dentist in so long that I was worried about the cost of the damage I had done to my teeth. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care of in ways that are rarely seen now-a-days.
EVERYONE, from the first interaction with the receptionist, the initial screening and imaging, the consultation, going over all the work I needed, discussing pricing and payment plans, the deep cleaning with the hygenist, my Crown installation, setting up the follow ups, the procedures with the doctor, the reminders before the appointments, the cheerful and personable greetings from the staff who know, not only my name, but remembered my wife and my baby. Not one interaction, from start to finish was anything less than absolute care and professionalism.
I can fully and confidently recommend this dental office and their staff for anyone reading this review.
I chose to schedule almost all of my dental work for a single day and they were able to accomodate my request. They worked on me for about 7 hours that day and i was I was pain free during all of my procedures.
As senior management at my place of employment, I can tell that the managers or owners of this establishment value customer service above all else and it is very easy to see how it affects the whole team.
I have taken my wife to get her dental work here as well and we are both extremely happy with the results. I hope this teams continues to shine as an example of what a medical practice SHOULD feel like.

Due to an unfortunate accident when I was young I have spent a lot of time in many dentist offices over the years. I am now in my early ‘50s. Yesterday was my first visit at Hillcrest Dental and by far this is the most professional, well organized and caring staff I have ever encountered. From the dental assistant Gladys, the hygienist Misty and the billing administration all TOP NOTCH! I am so glad my search brought me here and I would highly recommend their office!

2026 update: our favorite hygienist left and I met Serena for the first time and my anxiety was definitely a little on edge because I don’t do well with dentist and she was absolutely amazing! I could literally be relaxed with her and take a nap if I wanted to with her cleaning my teeth. That’s how good she is!. Dr. Iraj Kasimi is a great doctor and took the time to address my questions and did not rush me. I always recommend Hillcrest dental to people especially if I have patients asking me if I recommend a place.
I highly recommend Hillcrest Dental. They’re always really helpful and good at accommodating your schedule. They also thoroughly explain everything to ensure that you’re understanding your treatment. The best part is that they show that they genuinely care by even calling at the end of the day to see how you’re doing. I tried going to a different office over the weekend because of my work schedule and what they were trying to do just didn’t set well with me. I always end up right back where I belong at Hillcrest! I absolutely love Lisa and Nadia. The whole office is great and patient with our 10 million questions haha. Do you want a place that’s genuine and doesn’t try to get you for your money? Then this office is the place to be!

HillCrest Dental feels like an profit/income driven establishment rather than a patient-driven one. I have good credit with no blemishes and all my loans in excellent standing, yet I kept getting denied. I was told by their office. That it often happens. I even checked my credit score while there. Nothing had changed.
I originally came in for dental implants. After my X-rays, and images were taken, a staff member pointed out that I had a severe cavity and a serious infection. When the doctor came in, he reviewed the images with me multiple times, explained what HillCrest could do for me, explained the condition of my teeth, including acknowledging the infection. But the moment he finished going over the X-rays, and images. He left the room. Leaving a staff member in the room with me. Now the entire focus shifted back to selling me implants instead of addressing the urgent infection they had just identified. No treatment plan was offered for the infection at all. Nothing was spoken about it again. Not even a referral, or suggestion... nothing.
I left disappointed, and concerned. Despite the infection being the more immediate and serious issue, the follow-up calls I received were all about “alternative payment arrangements” for implants. Not a single person at HillCrest mentioned the infection. That told me everything I needed to know about their priorities.
As my tooth began to ache, I checked the NextDoor app for other dental options and found an entire thread filled with complaints about HillCrest Dental- mainly about price-gouging on basic procedures.
My visit was a complimentary evaluation, and yes, the office has impressive, state-of-the-art equipment. The doctor is well-educated and clearly stays updated on dental technology and advances. But what good is all of that if you can’t demonstrate basic humanity and prioritize a patient’s health? A dental infection is serious and can lead to other medical problems, and it should have been treated with urgency- especially when it was discovered during an implant consultation.
If you’re going in for dental implants and you have other issues with your teeth, be prepared for those issues to become secondary and the implants to become the primary focus. At least, that’s exactly how I was treated.

From Nolan at front desk, to dental assistant Jay and Doctor McCabe, all staff was so wonderful. The assistant Jay needs a raise ASAP! Made me feel so welcome and at ease. These people know what they're doing. Dr. McCabe has wonderful bedside manner and explained what was going on throughout my whole treatment. Shout out to Esteban who also helped me with my financing options. I've been coming here for the past 4 years and trust no one else with my teeth but Hillcrest Dental. 5/5 star service always!

I had an amazing experience wish my visit today 10/27/2025. This was my dentist around 6 years ago and I just moved back so I was excited to get back. I was able to have Misty as my hygienest again after so many years and she was just as amazing as ever. I was very glad to meet some of the really awesome team members! Nolan, Frankie, The Dr. Hamedian, and Gladys! Every single person really made me comfortable and made experience worth it. Im glad to have chosen this dental office and will recommend others to do so.
