Honestly, my visit to League City Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics in Dickinson, TX was fantastic. Dr. Kelsea Kellumen and her team were super welcoming and professional from the start. The office was clean and organized, and my appointment started right on time. Dr. Kellumen has a great bedside manner—she really listens and explains everything clearly, making sure you're comfortable. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered. If you're looking for a dentist in the Dickinson area, I'd definitely recommend them.

The oral surgeon put me to sleep to pull two teeth, and he and his team were great—made sure I was comfortable and explained everything. For them, I'd give 4 stars. But here's the issue: they told me to pick up prescriptions at Walgreens, but Walgreens never got the order. This was on a Friday, and the office is closed weekends. Called Monday, staff said he'd call back—never did. Called Tuesday, she said she'd call within an hour—nope. Just frustrating.

Had a crown placed about a year ago at this dentist in Dickinson. It fell off over the weekend, and I was in pain—could barely eat or drink. Called for an emergency appointment, and they said they couldn't see me for a week. Asked if they could make an exception, they said a scheduler would call ASAP. Never got a call. Found another dentist who fixed me up. My family's switching. Really disappointing.

I was supposed to get a cavity filling replaced, but Dr. Windham refused and made me feel terrible. He came in without introducing himself, and I told him I was scared due to past dental trauma. He immediately stood up and told his assistant he wouldn't work on me because I 'hate him.' I clarified I didn't say that—I said I hate going to the dentist. He came back to 'apologize' but it felt insincere. Horrible experience.

Never even got seen. They called 13 minutes before my appointment to cancel. Offered to reschedule, but I took the day off—total waste. Should've read reviews first, would've saved me eight hours of vacation time. I feel like they should've offered to have another dentist see me or send me elsewhere, but I guess that's too much to ask. Wonder if they'll charge me a cancellation fee?

Went in August 2024 for mild tooth sensitivity and a cavity. They said I had nine cavities and maybe needed a root canal, which surprised me since only one tooth was sensitive. Also said I had gingivitis and needed deep cleaning, which I agreed to. During the cleaning, the hygienist kept pulling on my permanent retainer, causing pain until I asked her to stop. She ended up breaking it, and my teeth shifted later. Not happy.

Staff was friendly, and the work was good. Dr. Zepeda and Dental Assistant Stephanie were great. My only issue: when I said yes to financing, they didn't tell me it was a credit card with a hard pull that would lower my credit score. That should be disclosed upfront.

My time is valuable. Arrived on time for my appointment, then waited 25 minutes in the lobby with no receptionist showing up. I don't have all afternoon to wait for a basic cleaning. I'll find a new dentist in Dickinson.

This place is the worst. They have no clue what they're doing. There cost is outrageous compare to others. And everytime they try to charge you for something else. Even though you paid already and they said everything is good. They will charge you even though their process did not work. No one has a clue about billing. Also they would say one thing and mean another. This place is a joke. They just lost 6 people.. I should have looked at their reviews.

We’ve been customers here for years. Had braces put on both of my children here. Never missed an appointment or payment. To our surprise; we received a debt collection notice stating we owed $247 to League City Modern Dentistry. We questioned the company and they found no record. (That’s because there wasn’t one.) Accidents happen. So let’s get a resolution to the issue. Turns out the created a “dummy account” while switching systems and forgot to delete it so it went to collections. Guess what is still in collections today? They have had ample opportunity to resolve this issue but they truly don’t care. Tired of calling these incompetent folks to resolve it. Time for lawyers to get involved.

Worst experience ever with a dental office. Spent thousands at League City Modern Dentistry. Went in for a root canal and crown on a Friday. Since then, I've been in level 10 pain and called four times—no one calls back. Plus, the crown fell out and has completely... just awful. Don't go here.

Dr. Windham and Ms. Rola were exceptional today. I came in with my mom to get a root canal done and everything went as smooth as can be. They are truly a great team and have a wonderful atmosphere. We didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable in any way. They really did great job taking care of my mom today. Even brought me a blanket when it got too chilly. The receptionist was phenomenal as well, she took the time to make sure we had the perfect plan for us. Come support this lovely business. You won’t regret it!

Stay away from this place! Basically they will tell you that you need a deep cleaning no matter what so they can charge you more. I was told I had gingivitis and pockets with festering bacteria 🦠 😵💫 so I needed an $800 deep cleaning. They didn’t even do the routine cleaning and I left because I was not going to pay all that money. How can I have a that stuff going on in my mouth if I go to the dentist every 6 months and I take really good care of my teeth?! I went home and started freaking out wondering if they were right and I had bone loss due to the “festering bacteria”
I scheduled an appointment at a different place and the only thing I had was receding gums in a couple spots from grinding my teeth at night, which I was already aware of.

Office was nice, clean. Front desk were super nice and helpful. Dr. Windham’s assistants were very sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Windham was very gentle and kind. I needed a root canal, which I was very anxious after a bad experience when I was younger. Dr Ehsan’s assistants were amazing, I was very anxious and she kept me focused on other things during the procedure. Best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dentist makes me nervous but this office makes me feel better about it.

My husband & I were new patients at League City Modern Dentistry & Orthodontics and both saw Dr Khan. She was very thorough and personable. Her work was done with much care. Her Dental Assistant, Stephanie, was so personable and just amazing with me. She was so good at telling me exactly what was being done and was aware of my needs almost before I was. Tammy at the front desk was knowledgeable and very nice to work with.
I would highly recommend this duo to everyone-especially those with dental anxiety. I’ve already told the kids to go!!!

0 STARS! This place is a joke and their office manager is disrespectful and unprofessional to patients and their family. My sister went in to get a tooth pulled, a routine procedure for this office ,and the Dr. told us to give her the prescription pain medication as soon as we got it filled from the pharmacy. It took over 5 hours from the completion of her procedure at home awaiting for the prescriptions to get sent over to the pharmacy. We call different times in this now 6 hour span to see what the hold up was and the lady who answered said they were waiting on the Doctor to sign them to send them over to the pharmacy. Then when I asked if I could speak with an office manager to understand there policy and why their patients should have to wait an unacceptable amount of time for their pain medication to be sent to the pharmacy alone is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! How can they say this is beneficial to their patient to not have the medications that the dentist advised us to give her immediately when we left the office and a dental assistant walked her to the car?! At 3pm we had to wait for the Dentist to finish a procedure with a patient before they could ask him about the signatures. Then when I call at 4:30 Tammy, office manager who I was happy to speak with about this situation was a slap in the face! She was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and would not let me finish a sentence! When I finally was able to get a word in and ask for clarification on her saying they were sent to the pharmacy when their office told me on the last call they needed signature she continued to interrupt and say they were sent to the pharmacy and you'll need to call them to know the status. I said your office was aware we were waiting for hours to get an update since your patient needs the medicine for a procedure at your office, she continued the rudeness, laugh it off chuckle while talking as if it was hilarious, so I finally hung up. This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced and will never go to this office or suggest it in any way!! This is not how any patient should be treated or their family when trying to get an update on medication that should have been taken care of at the time of treatment or shortly after, not 6 hours later!!!
