I was a kid scared of the drill during what was supposed to be a cavity filling, and he ended up pulling my baby tooth out with grips instead. From a professional view, it might've been fine since it was a baby tooth, but personally? I'm still traumatized to this day—nightmares, anxiety meds for dental work, the whole thing. We took our 3 year old to Pediatric Dentistry: Thomas E. Lee, DMD; Jason A. Lee, DMD because of a bad experience he had next door at Dr. Lopez and the fact he is one of the few who accepts amerigroup insurance. After waiting almost 6 months for an appointment with Dr. Lee they finally scheduled us in. We drive an hour for the appointment only to get referred out to another dentist. Dr. Baker is his name and we were told he accepts amerigroup but they do not. Now they won't see my child at Dr. Lee because he had been referred out. It's been a year my child is still in pain, and this dentist office has garbage business practices. Avoid going to Dr lee at all costs. I'm filing a complaint with the dentistry board and consumer protection services. I will do whatever is necessary to ensure this doesn't happen to another family. My child is in pain and they made us wait months to do us dirty. They even told us at the appointment we could bring him back there to be his regular dentist, they were only referring us out so that he could get hospital time faster.
I’ve been going here since I was a little girl and now my 5 year old son goes here and he loves it. Very professional and friendly staff. Dentist are detailed with care. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist for their child. You won’t be disappointed. ❤️

Our first appointment ever was yesterday and we had a very positive experience. Waiting room is very kid friendly, dental hygienists are very sweet, and so is Dr Lee. Very nice place.
We absolutely love Dr. Lee and his staff in Columbus, GA! My son actually looks forward to every visit—there's never a long wait, and it's always quick and easy. The kids get a kick out of seeing the tarantula and lizards, plus there are play lizards on the ceiling during teeth cleaning for children. It's a fabulous place that makes dental visits fun, and Dr. Lee is an excellent pediatric dentist. Highly recommend for families around here!

My girl is nervous due to a bad experience with Kool smiles... but these people are the absolute best! They are so sweet and Dr. Lee is very informative and they have a play area for the kids. My daughter was asking to come back!!!!

This is by far the best pediatric dentist in Columbus GA! My children have been using him for years and look forward to their appointments! My 20 year old is insisting that she will continue to use him until he says she can not come back because of her age! His staff is friendly and they really care about their patients which is something you do not see very much in this day and age! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this doctor!
My daughter and nephew (who are both 7) loved it. It was their first visit and they showed them the different spiders. They made the whole experience enjoyable to them by asking what flavor they want, what tooth brush they wanted, and they talked to the kids like they were the only ones in the rooms explaining every detail of what they were doing. My nephew had a bad experience with a dentist before so he was really not wanting to go at all, but by the time he left he has no problems ever going back to the dentist! Awesome place!
