Pain free, the staff is so pleasant the hours are great I never have to use vacation time to go to dentist, And they will finance if needed. Can't thank them enough. Very clean and professional and up to date on procedures.

I wanna start out by saying I absolutely hate the dentist. The last thing I’m doing is going to the dentist.
But I called thinking I needed an emergency visit. They got me in right away.
I came 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and I sat for another 20 minutes after my appointment time and honestly, I was getting pretty frustrated.
But I brushed it off because Offices run behind and when I got back to my room, I knew exactly why they were running behind
The doctor took the time to greet me, asked me how my day was did not feel, rushed at all, answered all my questions. Made me feel comfortable and relieved my anxiety
He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or I was hindering his time
He explained things to me in a way I would understand which I truly appreciated
He drew me a picture to demonstrate what was going on with My mouth And even showed me the x-rays on what he was looking at
I never felt in the dark. I never thought they were doing things without my permission
From the front office to the staff in the back to the building lady at the end Everybody was so nice kind and empathetic
And I even scheduled my cleanings to go back in the future
I truly thank them for getting me in an emergency visit and then continuing to exceed my expectations No thank you

OMG this place is amazing! I’ve been having really bad excruciating pain with a broken infected wisdom tooth that was beyond saving. I contacted them through their website late Friday night while in pain and ended up hearing back early Saturday morning with them offering to get me in that same morning! I ended up going the following Monday and they were able to get me in and out in less than a hour! The front staff was so welcoming and the doctors and assistants were beyond professional and helpful. I really am more than happy with my visit and I plan on staying with Legacy for all my future visits!

I truly wish more dentists understood sensory processing issues—especially those related to autism and the spectrum.
During my recent visit, I explained that I have a sensory processing disorder, which makes certain dental procedures, like root canals, intolerable without sedation. The dentist asked why I needed sedation, pressing me on “what’s so bad” that I couldn’t do the work without it. I told him that the noises and the sensation of the needle are extremely painful for me. His response? “But you have tattoos.”
Anyone with autism or sensory processing challenges knows that tattoos and dental work are completely different sensory experiences. Yet, instead of showing understanding, I felt judged—as if my request was exaggerated or false. I’m literally paying for care, so why make me feel invalidated for needing accommodations due to a diagnosed condition?
I once had a dentist who understood this completely—compassionate, accommodating, and willing to adapt his approach. Sadly, he passed away after only two years under his care. The difference he made in my ability to access dental treatment was profound.
Dentists could provide far better, more compassionate care—and build trust and loyalty—if they took the time to educate themselves on sensory processing disorders and autism. These diagnoses are increasingly common, and awareness would not only help patients feel understood but also improve their willingness to return for ongoing care.
I went into this dental visit with hope, but I left in tears because of how I was made to feel. I’ll get the root canal done, but I doubt I’ll return afterward.

I'd like to acknowledge the kindness that was provided during my appointment. Dr. took my concerns seriously after calling me following my first review. During my root canal, Dr was considerate and compassionate during the entire procedure. I am grateful for such.
I had the best 2 ladies working on my mouth this morning. And I love them both. Done my 2 pulls and filling work and out of there so fast. I’m really impressed with this place. And was invited back.

Legacy dental on Engle road has been an amazing experience. I wished I would of known about them before going through other dentist. Dr. Neese is an awesome Dr. Neese and her staff are very nice and they care. I am a newer patient and have felt welcome when walking in. Also front desk is so very nice. I have my family going here as well and would highly recommend everyone who is looking for a dentist to become a patient here. They are absolutely amazing here. Thank you for all you guys do.
