Got 4 crowns and 2 implants done at Leprechaun Dental in Staten Island. Decided to do teeth whitening before they ordered the new implants. Insurance covered 80% which was solid. Honestly, worth every extra penny - excellent staff and zero pain thanks to the extra Novocain. Other than some noise during the procedure, not a scrap of discomfort. Really happy with how my dental implants turned out.

This past summer I snapped a tooth eating a hard roll here in Staten Island. First dentist said I needed dentures or implants, but then Dr. Tebelli at Leprechaun Dental - who I've been seeing for years with my family - looked at it and introduced me to Dr. B. Dr. B created a bridge instead, saving me thousands compared to implants. He's a superb dentist and wonderful person, and all the dentists and staff are straight-up great people. Went in for my 6-month checkup and cleaning at this Staten Island dentist on Thursday, May 15, 2025. The receptionist insisted I had an unpaid balance for a tooth extraction from February 2024 that I never received a bill for. I've been coming here since 2010 and always pay out of pocket after every visit. She pulled out what looked like a composition book and said "Yes, right here, you didn't pay for the extraction." Really frustrating experience with their billing for what should have been routine preventative care.

My family and I have been going to Leprechaun Dental in Staten Island since I was a child. We've had some issues here and there but kept using them since they were in-network with our insurance. Recently my mother switched dentists and realized the care we received here was poor. Their office staff isn't friendly at all. As a medical office manager myself, I'd address their receptionists' attitudes immediately based on how they're described in other reviews too.

The dentist and dental assistant at this Staten Island office were nice and set me up for an emergency root canal with another doctor. But the front desk ladies gave me the wrong office card - for a place on the opposite side of the island from where I was supposed to be. Their only explanation was "we didn't have cards for the actual office." They never told me the correct location. When I called back, the woman was talking about her personal life while canceling my appointment. Really poor handling of what should have been straightforward emergency dental care coordination.

Start off by saying this is an excellent office. The wait times are non existent. You sit down after checking in and are usually called within minutes. On top of that, everyone is friendly and they don't rush you. I purchased Invisalign through them and the process couldn't have been easier. What I especially like is they remind you several times (without annoyance) about your appt via text and for someone like me who is extremely forgetful, this is a bonus....I also used them for my recent cleaning and again, it was the best experience I've had in a dental office. Highly recommend them

I love Dr. Flynn by far my favorite. His office receptionists are nasty I just got randomly told i owe money when i don’t & was never informed. I’ve been in pain for two weeks & they gave me a dentist i asked not to have and scheduled me for weeks later. really ridiculous. i got hung up on too after calling and saying thank you. older lady hung up on me. i’m done with this office & am taking my care elsewhere…
This review is for Leprechaun Dental in general. They've been helping me over the past 2 years to slowly restore the damage another dentist did to my teeth. They are very accommodating with scheduling, especially if you have an emergency (though some drs are only there certain days of the week). The wait can vary from 5 minutes to an hour, depending on the day and how busy they are. I've had excellent experiences with Dr. Tieble (sp?) and Dr. Tisch, and a third Dr. (a middle aged blonde man) whose name I didn't catch but was so gentle during a difficult root canal I almost fell asleep . Dr. Tieble constantly asked how I was doing/if I was ok during my procedures with him. The support staff is all very nice, though the clerks can get a little short. I found Dr. B rude and dismissive, but luckily I only saw her for a single emergency visit. I received a bill for an incorrect amount and it was quickly fixed. Overall, I've had a good experience with this office so far.
The service is excellent. Very kind helpful assertive and goes above and beyond to meet patients dental needs. I’ve had several dentists in my life yet none of them have truly thoroughly completed or satisfied my dental needs like Leprechaun Dental....Thank you 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

My family has been going to Dr. David Flynn for at least 20 yrs as far as dental care goes he is the best! He is honest, professional, and empathetic to his patient’s needs.This office can take care of all your dental needs.The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and organized.We now travel across country to see Dr Flynn;that itself says a lot.
