Ian is awesome! He has a unique ability to put kids at ease. Especially for the first visit, Ian noticed that my son wasn’t too comfortable with the other technician and offered to help. He did such a great job breaking the ice with my son and talking about each step at my kid’s level. He made a huge difference and now, 4 months later, my son looks forward to his orthodontist appointments. He has a cool friendship with Ian.

We had a very disappointing experience with this orthodontic clinic in Fairfax, VA. Enrolled in a monthly plan for our son but never got a clear written explanation. Told a bottom tooth expander would be fitted, but at the appointment, a required spring was missing. No one followed up to reschedule or complete the orthodontics treatment. Despite months of payments, the promised care wasn't provided, and insurance charges didn't match up.

Honestly, this dental office in Fairfax, VA is just fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly and patient with my kids. The place is clean and bright with such a calm, kid-friendly vibe that really puts little ones at ease. Dr. Abeer is amazing—so gentle and great at explaining everything in a way kids get. Always a great experience, I’ve been bringing my daughter for years. BUT now I have my very frightened 5 year old who gets very upset about all parts of the process. The technicians and dentists are always very sweet and patient and we all get through it. Highly recommend!

We are so happy our children are patients at Let’s Smile Dental - Fairfax. Recently, our son fell and fractured his front adult tooth on a Sunday. I reached out to the on call number, and received compassionate care and service. Amber gathered the facts and information and let me know the plan of action. She put my mind at ease. At our appointment the next day, Trisha knew right away when we walked in what we were there for. She was kind, helpful, and understanding. She made sure we were taken care of before, during and after the appointment. She even walked us to the cosmetic dentist my son had to see. We felt like we were in great hands throughout the experience because of her. During the appointment, Karla and Dr. Zletni treated our son with such care and compassion. Even though he is only 8, he felt comfortable in their care. They were honest about the potential treatment scenarios, while also calming my mama heart from this scary situation. I felt so confident with their care because they had prepared ahead of time before our 8am Monday appointment. Whether it is a regular routine dental visit or an emergency dental visit due to trauma to the teeth, Dr. Zletni and her team have demonstrated to our family that they truly care about our children’s health and wellbeing. Our questions and concerns are always heard and answered, and we feel like we matter. We are so grateful to be patients at Let’s Smile Dental - Fairfax.

Had a scheduled dental appointment for my 2 and 3 year olds in Fairfax today—no easy feat! JJ was our dental tech and he was exceptional at building toddler rapport, so my girls felt comfortable and cooperative. From choosing toothbrushes to singing songs, prizes, and balloons, it was exciting! Dr. Zlenti was wonderful too. Left with tokens and balloons. Highly recommend Let's Smile Dental in VA, especially requesting JJ for pediatric dentistry!

The decor is so kid-friendly. It felt a bit like a mini amusement park! The staff was welcoming and humorous. Neither the hygienist nor the dentist did the awkward interrogation of my children to find out if they were brushing and flossing enough. My kids had such a good time that you’d think they were at Chuck E. Cheese. My kids can’t wait to go back. This was absolutely the best dental experience we have ever had! My kids are thrilled that we will be going back next to have molars sealed so they won’t have to wait six months for their next visit to Let’s Smile.
(It should be noted, they accept Medicaid!)
I began taking my daughter Meena to Lets Smile Dental since she was about 3 or 4 years old (she is turning 7 this year). I was forced to switch dentists because the practice we were with before dismissed my daughter as a client due to "behavioral issues". My daughter has a long history of dental issues and has had many painful dental procedures since she was 1 1/2 yrs old. She does not have behavioral issues- she has fear. She wasn't running around the office making a mess of things or acting badly; she was afraid, would cry, and didn't want to open her mouth. Pretty common for a pediatric practice of any kind. That so-called pediatric dental practice left a bad taste in my mouth and I was hesitant to take her anywhere else. When I called Let's Smile, I let them know from the start that my daughter had major anxiety when it came to the dentist due to her history and that it may be difficult to treat her. This dental practice did not disappoint. Every single staff member has been so patient with Meena. Dr. Brown is Meena's current dentist and she is phenomenal. She works so closely with me when in comes to Meena's treatment plan, and she has helped us get a possible diagnosis for the issues Meena has with her teeth. My daughter went from not opening her mouth and kicking and screaming to saying "I love Dr. Brown. I love my dentist". I never thought I would see the day where she would not only open her mouth willingly, but actually love her dentist. I can not thank them enough for all the loving care they have provided us over the years. We appreciate them so much!
