Coming in as a new patient, I was pretty nervous, but everything went great. Jasmine helped me with an insurance question, and Shey patiently explained the X-ray process. Dr. Alex made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole thing. Overall, it was easy, quick, and honestly pleasant. If you need general dentistry in Auburn, this is the place.

I've had billing issues since switching from Renton to Auburn, but I overlooked them because the location is convenient. But this last thing really got me. I called to cancel more than 24 hours ahead, but they said there's a $50 fee per hour because it was within 48 hours. Nobody ever told me that policy. Charging $100 for a cancellation made over a day in advance? That's just wrong.

Dr. Alex was super knowledgeable and really took his time explaining everything. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the genuine care I got. Sofia walked me through each step, which made the whole thing stress-free. Jasmine and Shey were also super welcoming and professional. If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a tooth extraction, they said it'd be the following Thursday, so I took the day off. Then they moved it to November 3rd (three weeks later). Took that day off too, went there, and they changed it again to the 13th. Don't use this place unless you want to wait a whole week just for a simple visit.

I’ve had some awful experience’s in the past that has made me avoid going to the dentist. I’ve had dentists that are extremely aggressive and very passive aggressive with their comments.
Today Dr. Jiang did 3 fillings for me and you can tell she honed into her skills and work ethic. The lidocaine was just a pinch and no after taste in my mouth or the lidocaine in my mouth at all! She was very professional and had a great personality. The lady (didn’t get her name) working along side Dr.jiang was also very thorough with the suction and rinsing to ensure I was comfortable. She also had a good personality and great sense of humor to help someone that has dental anxiety. I am very grateful to both of you for making it a smooth and easy visit.
All and all it was a great experience. It makes it easier to come back and “want” to get the visits done.
Great staff. Even though I was cranky they were total professionals. Dr. Alex was very good. He’s gentle and shares what he’s doing and why. He and the entire staff are great.

I've needed extensive dental work and Light Dental Studios has been great, both the Auburn and Puyallup locations. Dr. Trieu is fast and painless, and she really listens. I had a fantastic experience at this dental office. The staff was wonderful from the moment I arrived. I came in for a check-up and cleaning, and Vita did the cleaning and scans—she was incredibly gentle. Dr. Trieu examined my teeth and kept me informed throughout. She answered all my questions and gave her honest opinion on the best treatment plan. Highly recommend for attentive, quality care in Auburn.

I love my new dentist. I loved the new girl want to keep them both. You have all new people and sometimes it very hard for me to come in to the office. I am not a big fan of the dentist but light dental has always treated me with such respect even when tears are coming down my face and my hands are white hanging on the chair arms terrified. I will always keep going to them. Thank you!!!!
This was our second time seeing Dr Alex and he makes us feel like we have been seeing him for years. Comfortable and confident in his abilities. Emma, Shey and Vita make us feel comfortable. They are like seeing friends even though we just met. So glad we discovered this office.

After moving across the state, I needed a new dentist for a cleaning and some other issues. A friend recommended Light Dental, so I tried the Auburn location. The team was so kind and never made me feel judged for being overdue. Shey, my hygienist, was bubbly and made it lighthearted. Dr. Alex was knowledgeable and firm without talking down to me. Honestly, great experience.

My sister Kim almost skipped her dental appointment but went anyway. She told me the dental assistant, Alisha, was very sweet and caring. Alisha even offered her a pillow and blanket, making her feel comfy. Plus, the clinic has chocolate-flavored prophy paste which Kim found cool. Thank you guys for making my sister less scared of going to the dentist!!
BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE YET! Maddie greeted me with a warm smile and checked me in, plus she made sure my insurance covered everything before any major work. Allyzza did my X-rays and even hung up my jacket—so thoughtful. Dr. Mei examined my teeth and genuinely cared about my health. She diagnosed and corrected long-term sensitivity that other dentists just told me to deal with. Super awesome!

I have a sensitivity allergy to topical numbing, so when I needed to have a deep cleaning done I was understandably nervous. Dr Mei and her team did an incredible job hearing and understanding my concerns and took a gentle approach to giving shots as well as cleaning, and the appointment was a breeze. I know that for any dental concern I have, they’re my go to. Also the music playing throughout the office was a perfect volume and great playlist. Thank you for being so qualified and caring so deeply for what you do.
The best dental service I have ever received in all of my life. Trust me it is worth it to go here. Not only are they knowledgeable and professional but they're very considerate and make you feel right at home even while putting a needle in your mouth. Which I've always hated. But going here it's never been a problem. I give them a 10 out of 10.
Dr Bauer and his assistant Jessica are amazing! I have serious dental anxiety. They are great at keeping me calm and relaxed. They both text me after the procedures to make sure I'm doing OK. This is the only place I will go for dental work from now on. You guys are amazing!!

I'm not good with dentist and have had a fear of dentist since I was about 7 years old. I'm now 56. I only found Light Dental because they were covered by my insurance but I'm certainly glad that they are. From the receptionist with way too much energy and an amazingly inviting smile and sparkly personality, to the dentist who was thoughtful, communicative, and extremely helpful not only with my fears but with giving me a discount so that I could afford to come back again and do more work. Not only did they get me in 3 days after I call to make an appointment but they also scheduled me a cleaning the very same day that I came in for X-rays and consultation, for that exact same day to work with my schedule. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was again extremely thoughtful of my fears and very thorough in her explanations and careful in her treatment. I've made several more appointments to further my cleanings and work that I need done in my mouth. I highly recommend them and I won't be missing any appointments. Here's to my future dental health and my future commitment 2 Light dental.
