Probably one of the worst dental offices I've visited in Columbus, GA. The customer service was poor and unprofessional. Felt like they were just there to get paid without doing any real work. If I could give negative stars, I would. Really disappointed with my experience here.

Dr. Cryer in Columbus, GA has been my dentist for 20 years, but my recent experience was disappointing. Had two crowns done on my front teeth—one came out, and after back-and-forth, he paid to fix it. Then the second crown caused infections and came off, and now he wants me to pay out of pocket. Even called the police to remove me from the office. Feels like fraudulent billing with insurance. Be very careful with this dental office in Columbus.

Absolutely HORRIBLE I was having a dental emergency to the point where I was the throwing up and passing out from the pain. I texted them Tuesday, asking them. When was the soonest available appointment in which they responded asking about my insurance, which was weird because I was willing to pay whether my insurance was taken or not. When I responded back with my insurance it wasn’t until days later after me blowing them up over and over again before I got a response, luckily the people at southeastern dental, got me in right away!!! Do not come here. Unprofessional, They advertise that they take Medicaid Amerigroup and other things on Facebook, but it is not true. They care only about the money and not about the care of their patients
I’m was a little nervous about going but I was having awful pain from a broken tooth.Went in Tuesday he did my X-rays and explained what had to be done. Went in today to get 2 teeth removed from the back of mouth he continuously made sure I wasn’t not feeling any pain and explained what he was doing as he did it. They made me feel really comfortable great people skills. Overall great experience. Also a plus they having a finance company for things that are costly with good rates. Also front desk was nice and able to answer my question. I will be back thank you all. May look like a chipmunk for today but the teeth are out

One of the best dental experience I've had in many years. I called about having a tooth extraction and was given a appointment the very next day at 9:30am. Extraction was excellent! NO PAIN!! Everyone in the office was very warm welcoming and polite. I will definitely refer family, friends, or anyone who is in need of a dentist to their office.

I went here today to get a tooth pulled. These guys are great, at least they were to me. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are for. But I had a good visit. He numbed up the area and when I said I could still feel it, he stopped and applied more until I didn't feel it. Noticed I'm not the most comfortable with dentists and would make sure I'm okay every now and then. I would definitely go back to these guys. They also educated me on some stuff I didn't know about. A+ service. Staff is also quite friendly.
Dr. Cryer and his entire staff are so professional and do a wonderful job of making you feel at ease, because let's be honest nobody likes the dentist (Sorry, Dr. Cryer). I had a dental emergency in the middle of the day one day, and they were able to see me right away. I have anxiety and severely when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Cryer was so comforting and reassuring throughout the whole process. He Constantly checked to see if I was okay and also is very good at reading body language (he could tell when I could start feeling something and would stop and give me more novacaine). I was honestly shocked when I came to give him a review to find his rating was so low. The office is very clean and they have been nothing but nice to me. All I can recommend is for you to go to him yourself and make your own mind up about them. You won't be disappointed. He is now my full time dentist. I couldn't be happier with the services I've received.
