Took my son for a cleaning and exam this morning. The whole thing was maybe 10–15 minutes and they didn't even clean his teeth! At other dentists, the doctor always talked to me after. Here, no one came out. I had to ask the assistant what happened and got a vague answer. Total waste of time. We won't be back.

Been bringing my kids here for over 5 years. Usually, Tedra and Jessica at the front are great—they know us and handle the busy crowd like pros. But this last time, Tiffany was up front and honestly, she was rude and offensive. Not the kind of welcome you expect. Other than that, the office and staff still give great care, they're attentive to the kids and stay busy. Just hope they keep Tedra and Jessica up front.

Mixed feelings about this place. Half the staff is friendly, but the other half seems like they don't want to be there. Also, the lobby doesn't have much for kids except a TV playing SpongeBob non-stop—we don't watch that show. Procedures feel inconsistent; sometimes I can go back for X-rays, sometimes I can't. This visit they walked us right in because a kid before us had a fever, so that was fine, but overall it's hit or miss.

Very disappointed. The exam felt super basic—just a quick look at my child's teeth, not thorough at all. Instead of doing a proper assessment, they referred us somewhere else for sedation. Total waste of time. Also, the staff wasn't welcoming to my toddler. Professionalism and patience should be a given when working with kids.

Lithonia Pediatric Dentistry is the best office I've ever been to! I seriously wish they took adults too. The customer service and competency are top-notch—hard to find quality healthcare with convenient appointments and cleanliness. Dr. Winter is amazing; he really loves his work and knows how to treat kids of all ages. I live in Gwinnett County and will drive through any traffic to come here. A true gem in Stonecrest!

I love the providers but the billing department rep by the name of Jennifer is incompetent and can get snappy. Called the day before my dear son’s appointment to say I have something going on with the insurance. Once I called back to clarify she states my insurance requires more information from me. After calling my insurance they needed more information from the provider for the. Pulling claim submitted something beyond my control or could have been handled if she would’ve verified that with Anthems provider line. I’m considering switching my son’s dentist because it’s always an issue with my insurance and I’ve talked to her plenty of times since November regarding denied claims that once I call and notified them what insurance required it gets handled which I know if she were doing her job or that department they could’ve handled the claims denial issue which a simple phone verification. Feels like they harassed me to confirm my child’s appointment several days before to only cancel it the day before because of a simple claims issue that could have been resolved back in November or sooner than my appointment date of 4/15/25. Save yourself the stress and find another dentist office who handles their billing issues ethically and respectfully.
Hope was amazing and absolutely the best. She was very nice and attentive to my daughter. If I could give her 20 stars I would. Definitely will be coming back. This was absolutely the best experience ever. The doctor was very nice and informative as well. Please send your kids here!! Easy and fast process 💜💜💜
OMG so glad we found this place! Our son has been coming since he was 2 (now 3) and we switched our teenage daughter here last year. We all love it! The staff is amazing from check-in to check-out. Both kids love the experience, and they're so patient with our toddler. Only downside: they're not a family dentistry, lol. But they keep our kids' teeth happy and healthy!

I initially came here two years ago because I couldn’t find a provider that accepted my insurance - and long and behold I found the perfect place!!! My son loves coming to this practice and doesn’t get the jitters or anxiety most would get going to the dentist. The visit we had today with Miss Hope was nothing short of entertaining and amazing. My son said he loved her the most and only wants her to clean his teeth and do his X-rays. I look forward to all of his dental appointments here.
So excited to find a dentist home for my babies. The environment is very friendly with a family vibe. Everyone was AMAZING! My children adored Ms. Hope and all the faculty. My children couldn’t wait to tell their Dad all about their time at the Dentist.
Excellent practice. Fast, reliable, informative and professional. Dr. Winter, the dental hygienists, as well as the front office staff work efficiently together to make it an ideal experience for the patients and the parents/caretakers. I really enjoy this practice and highly recommend it.
They let me sit in the room with my grandson and watch everything. The dentist and assistants were outstanding. My grandson didn't even realize he got injections or had a tooth pulled until it was all done. Thank you!

I brought my daughter in for her 1st visit today, and she absolutely loved it. All of the staff was very friendly and informative from the front desk to the back hygienist. I just want to say thank you to everyone at Lithonia Pediatric Dentistry. I was able to bring my son in after an accidental head bump to the mouth by his brother. I was worried about trauma to the tooth. The receptionists were very welcoming and friendly. I loved their decor as we are in fall and halloween season. I don’t remember the Hygienist’s name that did my son’s X-ray, but wonderful customer service. Not just to my son, but overhearing how he was able to calm the little girl that was in the next section. Dr. Winter spoke with my son during the exam and was very friendly as well. Again, thank you🙏🏾 kindness goes a long way.
The men an women at this dentist office are amazing! My 3 year old started out very scared of the dentist but they were very patient and gentle with him.
Best dental experience I've ever had. They took very good care of my babies. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They personalized our experience with both children. We didn't have a long wait. They made the process of becoming new patients smooth and easy. Definitely would recommend this dentistry for children!
My husband and I decided it was time to find a new dental provider for our kids after having a very poor experience with a dentist office we had been patronizing for 12 years. We are very happy that we chose Lithonia Pediatric Dentistry Stonecrest. The front office staff was efficient, patient, and polite. They verified my insurance before we arrived and there was not a wait before being seen. The appointment for 3 kids was at 11am; we were back in the car at 11:53. All staff members were friendly and professional. My kids were happy when we left. I was even happier for the professional and efficient experience.
Very unprofessional. I called three times to confirm my appointment and no one mentioned they were short-staffed or that there'd be a long wait. They checked me in, made me wait 15 minutes, then said it'd be another 45 minutes. No apology, just attitude. The supervisor had a crazy attitude and never apologized. When I asked for the manager's number, she said 'good luck finding it.' Don't waste your time. Not all black businesses are good businesses. Also, I noticed they post fake reviews to bury negative ones.
