What a joke. Called ahead and was told my exam and x-rays would be 100% covered. Then after the exam, they said I didn't qualify for standard services and wanted to charge extra. When I asked for a copy of my x-rays, they tacked on a $25 fee. Steer clear of this place.

Had an infection in a tooth that was replaced last year and I paid for. Now without insurance, they want $400 to fix the work they did. First time ever having a tooth infection, so I'm questioning if the original root canal was done right. Not happy at all.

Dr. Moseley and Ms. Greene have been awesome with my teeth for 11 years. But the front office needs to step up communication with the doctor. I've called many times about urgent issues and didn't get the response I needed—had to reach the doctor directly. Also, receptionists say one thing about payments then it's different when I come in. Frustrating.

Incorrect billing. Joya charges lab fees for crowns, that are supposed to be included in price. Over charged for
deep cleanings also until I called my insurance provider. Charges are like out of network fees when Dr listed as an in network provider. After my call to insurance provider Joya then charged correct fees. No offer of reimbursement for prior crowns & deep cleanings that I had been over charged for.
Recently after calling I was told to come back in to office for a temp crown repair that was done 3 hrs prior ( and $140 ) then after coming back & waiting 20 min was told by Joya that there was nothing could be done since I was told it was a temporary repair. Was told by Dr Mosley earlier that day that repair would last until my return from out of country the following wk & a new crown was needed. An appt was made for crown replacement. Crown repair only lasted 3hr and same tooth cracked on opposite side! Why was I told to come back if nothing could be done??? No explanation offered. Joya apologized.
Only after I wrote a review last wk did I receive several calls from the office (which I didn't answer until my return in country). I returned call & Joya asked how could we fix this. Stated that they could waive lab fees for crown which are supposed to be in included in the in network fees anyways. Not doing me any favors by charging the correct fees that you agreed upon for being an in network provider. Beware!!!
I Purposefully Choose this dentist for some needed dental work and I was Gravely Disappointed by the level of Incompetency I Experienced for After a Consultation, Exam, X-Rays, several moldings I returned Excited for the Final pickup of My partial. Upon the tech placing them in my mouth They Didn’t fit and Couldn’t fit because dr Mosley discovered he Didn’t properly Access my mouth from the BEGINNING and the final product was of no Use to me. My Experience was Totally Disappointing because I was so Excited to be able to finally have this work done . Warning Others because My experience was filled with Incompetency from Being to End.
Honestly, I usually get super anxious about dental visits, but this place in Lithonia, GA was different. Bianca, the dental assistant, was amazing—so friendly and calming. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. If you're nervous about procedures like root canals or fillings, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

I'm usually terrified of the dentist, but not here! Everyone is so nice and reassuring. Last week I needed some extra work—maybe a filling or crown—and Bianca was my assistant. Fraudulent billing. Charged me for a panoramic X-ray that was never done. Tried to tell me what I had and then Joya looked in the chart and said ohhhh you’re right we didn’t do it. I know they didn’t do it because the internet and computers went down while I was there. Initial visit was 3 hours sitting and waiting. Sent me a bill for extra money 6 months later. Tried to pay over the phone because going back and forth was a waste of time. Charged my card for a higher amount than I was told. I called back and Joya said she was sorry but there is a fee to pay. Let me know something that simple up front. Not after I call to ask about the total.
The dentist and staff were friendly and professional. I was informed of each treatment, everything was explained clearly. Dr. Mosley is knowledgeable, a specialist and affordable. He pays attention to details.

The initial visit was okay, except for the fact I was scheduled for a times slot that was around their lunchtime. Me being of military service and priding myself on being a place 15 to 20 minutes early. I’ve never been to a dental facility that closes for lunch. Businesses usually have a staggered lunch by the employees. The actual dental care was fine. I would only ask that they pay attention to detail when receiving information from other organizations to do your procedure and I also asked that Google updates the website to let consumers know that this facility is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday
I am a New Client here, on My first appointment I had to wait 15min for service. Odd but I was optimistic. For my second I called to come in 15min late.. I was Made to reschedule 1month out.. On My third appointment I arrived 15min early, only tobe told to wait for my scheduled appointment. Then to come inside and wait 15min for service. On this my fourth appointment the same 15min wait, but this time as I Sat a lady came inside, I assume more known. She was Instantly checked in, &to me After. And Of Course actual visit starts about 30min after That!! I'm questioning if this should Be My Dentist Office... There was No Office Manager Available!!
