Honestly, this place has been a nightmare every single time. I'm raising 3 of my grandkids, and their dad used to live near here, so I kept driving them from Centennial Hills to keep things normal. Big mistake. The front desk and the back staff are rude and short with you. You can never get a manager or supervisor on the phone, and they never call back. This last time I insisted on speaking to someone and still nothing. If you're looking for a pediatric dentist in Las Vegas who actually cares, skip this one. Terrible experience with fillings and extractions too.

I gave these people multiple chances because I thought maybe it was just a one off bad experience the first two times they provided contradicting information from one visit to the next, by the third time that I had problems with them and their communication I realized it’s not a me problem, It’s a them problem. Their front desk so unorganized unpleasant, they have poor and confusing communication and the dentists are constantly changing. There’s no consistency, and no sense of customer service. Taking my little ones elsewhere.
Dr. Mar was so sweet and didn't force my nervous granddaughter to let her remove a spacer. She let her decide to do it next appointment. No waiting time at all. It was a good experience for both of us. Highly recommend this pediatric dentist in Las Vegas!

Best pediatric dentist in Las Vegas, no doubt! My 5-year-old had her first visit and needed a few crowns. The front desk was super sweet and quick checking us in. The assistant, Bre I think, explained everything to my daughter so she wasn't scared, showed her how the tools worked, and gave her a blanket. Dr. Jivan was amazing and patient, let the medicine soak in, and did the shots and procedure super quick. Couldn't be happier with the pediatric dentistry care here!

The nurse and the doctor that we had were so nice and caring to my daughter. I hope we get them again. The nurse Teisha was so caring, and did her job really good, and very helpful too. I've experienced some nurses but none of them as sweet and caring as her. (I don't know if the name is correct). But in all, the experience we had today was amazing. The doctor too, was very nice and friendly.
My children have received treatment at this clinic for six years, and the doctors have consistently provided exceptional care, especially for my little one who is autistic, demonstrating remarkable dedication and patience. Which is probably the best pediatric dentistry I've ever had the pleasure of taking my kids to. I have three boys and I've had to take them individually this week for the first time to the dentist appointment. Each time they've gone they were able to leave with a price/toy for how well they do. And each of them were able to get a miniature dragon put this on the end of the story. Unfortunately there was two times that I came and there was no more of these dragons from my other two kids but Little Smiles Dentistry went above and beyond always being open and able to switch out toys for the kids and giving them exactly what they were looking for. Now I have three boys with excellent smiles and 3 miniature of dragons at home which have loving kids to play with them. Other than their excellent customer service skills. All of the dental assistants and doctors are excellent and treat every kid just like they should be. I'm so happy to have found a place like this and I'm so grateful for everyone that works there. I recommend this place to anybody that's looking for a pediatric dentistry for their children.
Ridiculously unorganized and unprofessional. I set up a dental surgery appointment for my son with a heart condition through Little Smiles. They asked for a $50 refundable deposit, which I paid, and I got approval from our pediatrician like they asked. But when we showed up to the surgery place, they said my son needed approval from a cardiologist and pulmonologist because of his conditions—info Little Smiles should have known. Total mess.

I needed an urgent check up for my daughter and this was the only place that was able to take her right away. My appointment was at 9:20 and got called to the back at 9:21, the fastest I have ever been called! The front desk was so helpful, Dani helped me get checked quickly and Karen helped explain what my insurance will pay for! Shay took care of us in the back and made sure to make my daughter feel comfortable. She realized she was nervous and calmed her nerves right away. Dr Mathisen was great at informing my daughter of every step she was doing during her procedure as my daughter had a lot of questions. But she did a great job! The whole team made this a great experience :)
