The doctors and staff are really nice, I can't complain about them. But the wait times are brutal. We had a 2:30 appointment on a Friday and didn't get out until 5pm. With a 4-year-old, that's just too long to sit around. And honestly, it seems like this happens every time we go for pediatric dental care. Really frustrating.
We hear your frustration and apologize for the long wait at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Vineland. We're working on improving our scheduling to reduce delays, especially for our younger patients. Thank you for your feedback.
My appointment went great—my teeth never looked better! The dentist was really nice and funny, which made it a lot more enjoyable. Definitely recommend if you need pediatric dental care in Vineland.
So glad you had a great experience at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Vineland! We aim to make every visit pleasant. Thanks for the shoutout!
Honestly, Little Smiles in Vineland, NJ is amazing. The place was spotless and everyone working there was super friendly. My son had to get 7 teeth pulled, which sounds scary, but they made sure he was comfortable the whole time. He got to pick out a movie to watch during the procedure and even got a popsicle afterward! It really helped calm his nerves. If you need emergency pediatric dentistry or just a regular checkup, this is the place.
Thanks for sharing your experience! We're so glad your son felt comfortable during his procedure at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Vineland. We always try to make emergency pediatric dentistry as stress-free as possible. Hope to see you again!
Every time we've had an appointment here, there's a super long wait. I'd recommend booking on a day you have nothing else planned and bring a book or activities for the kids. The dentist and staff are nice, but the wait is just too much. It's a shame because the pediatric dental cleanings are good once you get in.
We appreciate your honesty about the wait times at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Vineland. We're actively working to streamline our process so families spend less time waiting. Thank you for noting our friendly team—we hope to serve you better next time.
They definitely have a scheduling or time management problem. Maybe it was just an off day, but we walked into a packed waiting room with no seats available. My kids were scheduled for 3pm and 3:30pm on a Friday, and by 3:20pm nobody had been called back. We had to leave to pick up another son by 4:30pm, so we canceled. If you're willing to wait, go ahead, but we'll be looking elsewhere for pediatric dental care.
We're sorry for the inconvenience you experienced at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Vineland. We understand how frustrating long waits can be, especially with multiple kids. We're reviewing our scheduling to prevent this. We hope you'll give us another chance.
Waited over an hour to be seen, had to cancel the appointment & leave. Definitely finding another dentist for my son.
I've been bringing my twins to Little Smiles since before they were two. The staff is always nice and the boys actually love going there. That says a lot for pediatric dental care!
Thank you for being a loyal patient family at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Vineland! We love that your twins enjoy their visits. See you at their next pediatric dental exam!
Staff is amazing! The place is super clean and the environment is so pleasant. They made my son's first pediatric dental exam a wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone who made it so special! 💗
We're thrilled your son's first visit to Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Vineland was a hit! Our team loves making pediatric dental exams fun and comfortable. Thanks for the kind words!
The Dentist is super nice but her staff sucks . Everyone walks around with a stank face and just stares at you , they seem like they hate their job which isnt the greatest in a pediatric office . The amount of time spent in the waiting room is obnoxious and for my latest appointment complaint :I travel 45 minutes to this place and when I arrived today the girl at the front desk tells me ohhh sorry we have to reschedule , our vacuum is down , when asked why they didn't call me and let me know I was just stared at. The dental hygienist is great and the girl who takes the xray pictures...everyone else is rude
Little Smiles in Vineland, NJ is fantastic for pediatric dentistry! Manager Sam and the front desk team were welcoming and organized. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and kid-friendly. Dr. Bobba is outstanding—patient, gentle, and great at explaining things. The assistants were wonderful too, making my child feel safe and relaxed. There was a bit of a wait, but honestly, it was worth it for the care we received. They clearly care about their patients.
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you and your child felt well cared for at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Vineland. Dr. Bobba and the team strive to make every pediatric dental visit positive. Hope to see you again!
Had an appointment first thing in the morning and was seen in under five minutes. Lauren did a great job cleaning my son's teeth. Dr. Bobba has an amazing personality and knows how to handle kids gently. Ashley and Maria were super friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend for pediatric dental cleanings in Vineland.
We love hearing about your smooth visit! At Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Vineland, we aim for efficient and gentle pediatric dental cleanings. Thanks for recognizing Lauren, Dr. Bobba, Ashley, and Maria!
I love it here! My son is two and very stubborn about brushing his teeth. Lauren cleaned his teeth and it was amazing—she was so kind and patient, and my son had a tear-free experience. She made it fun for him! I hope he gets her every time. I'll be bringing all my kids here for pediatric dental care. Thank you so much, Lauren!
We're so happy your son enjoyed his visit with Lauren at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Vineland! Making pediatric dental cleanings fun for toddlers is our specialty. Thanks for trusting us with your family!
I took my 4 year old son he got X-rays done and had to be scheduled to get 4 cavities filled. Dr. Bobba and her staff were so very kind and explained everything to me. Most important Dr.Bobba showed everything she was using to my son before starting his fillings. The process went smooth. Both visits I barely had a wait time. Great experience!
The dentist and the staff are super friendly. I had my appointment in the morning time. I didn’t have to wait a long time. They are really caring when it comes to the child and gave my son to ice pops to make him feel better!
I definitely recommend Little Smiles. We were referred there for a lot of dental work my 7 year old needed. Dr Bobba and her staff were kind and patient with my daughter and answered all of my questions. With their patience and prep work we finished my daughter's dental work in one visit which is a testament to how comfortable they made my daughter feel in the chair. Thank you team!
This place is disgustingly filthy & expect to wait over an hour to be seen! You can feel the dirtiness the moment you walk in. No soap to wash your hands, waiting room is dirty, appointment rooms are dirty. They hardly change their gloves and wash their hands with gloves on ! Nurses walk around on their phones and touch/take things from other patients trays without gloves not that it matters much because the tools they use to put into your child’s mouth are filthy as well. Idk how they haven’t been shut down. Idk if it’s bc they’re foreigners and they didn’t have access to hygiene care but it’s a requirement in America! RUN!!
Love this office! We found this office on a recommendation when our kids needed cleanings/check ups post Covid time. Little Smiles got us on the schedule quickly and we have been happy with every appointment since. This office alerted us to things to watch out for specifically with their teeth that no other dentist previously found. We drive an hour to come to this office and completely worth the drive for a good pediatric dental office. From the front staff to the Doctor, everyone is friendly, helpful and efficient.
Absolutely horrible wait times. The front desk ladies and assistants are nice nothing against them.
However, the last 3-4 times I’ve been there I’ve waited 3 hours for my son to be seen. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and still scheduled my sons filling for today I was the second person in office at 1pm it quickly became busy and people who arrived after us were in and out no problem. At 2pm I asked how much longer (I hate being that person, but I wasn’t waiting 3 hours again) I was told they are finishing up and we’ll be next. At 2:25 the front desk lady informed me “they got distracted with the one sibling and forgot the other sibling needed work too so they are going to start them first.” So it took 1 1/2 hours for one and it’ll be another 1 1/2 for the other. Making people wait 3 hours constantly is very unprofessional. I understand things come up that are not in their control BUT it’s a constant 3 hour wait. So, if you don’t mind waiting 3 hours after your scheduled appointment time go for it!
My son had a few bad experiences before coming to this dentist. He has nothing but nice things to say about his experience and constantly compares them (in a good way) to the places we have been in the past. I would have rated the dentist and her staff much higher IF... we didn't sit and wait for 2.5 hours before anyone even looked at my son. I left work early, took him out of school early, and showed up 10 minutes early because I value people's time. This place clearly overbooks and didn't give us the same consideration. I was sitting with an unfed (couldn't eat before the procedure) 7 year old for hours. I also work with appointments and if I am running even 20 minutes behind, I allow my guests the option of coming back or rescheduling. Not at all the case here. I'm torn on whether it's worth going back.
I have to say that I agree with many regarding the long wait time...but I personally feel like every time I go it is worth the wait, they treat me and my son so respectfully and they are always very apologetic concerning wait time, my son had a lot of work done today and the Dr and the assistants all made the experience go super smoothly, continously checking on him and letting me know what was happening, I would rather wait and have his work done properly then go somewhere that rushes patients in and out of the door. The playroom (waiting area) is adorable. The place is immaculate and all of the staff up front and in the back are so kind and informative!
