Seriously, Dr. Tom Godfrey and his staff are amazing from start to finish. Check-in was a breeze—I was back in the chair within 5 minutes of my appointment. I went in for a tooth extraction and was super nervous, but they made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything from X-rays to insurance clearly. Dr. Godfrey and his assistant Karen were awesome. I was out in an hour with the tooth pulled and a temporary bridge placed. If you need a dentist in Las Vegas, this is the place.

My mother went to the dentist past friday and they extracted 2 teeth. They did not send her prescription to CVS. She was in pain during the weekend. She left many voicemails and still nothing until she called Monday after 11am after they have been opened for 2 hours. Employee was blaming CVS didnt fill and my mother called CVS that Friday herself and CVS did not receive the prescription.
We are very disappointed in the service and that none of the employees took responsibility. My mother went 2 days without antibiotics and they are closed on the weekend. Very unprofessional and will not recommend

We've been coming here for a while now, and the whole family loves it. The staff is super friendly and professional. Usually nervous about dental visits, but they really put me at ease. The staff took time to explain everything, and the appointment started right on time. The care was excellent. When I met with the doctor to discuss my concerns, he made a few suggestions that I wasn't open to. I had already looked into what I wanted done. But his attitude was dismissive and seemed like he was not wanting to waste his time if he wasn't going to make money off of me. Unfortunately, dentistry has become a business only rather than listening to the customers needs and wants and weighing out the pros and cons.
Amazing prices! I had gone to another dentist office first and they were twice as much. The staff was so friendly as well as educational. I would recommend them to anyone.
I had a permanent crown placed at this office that required multiple remakes and never fit properly. I experienced ongoing discomfort and ultimately required a root canal on the same tooth. A second dentist confirmed the crown had open margins and occlusal issues and needed to be replaced. I paid out of pocket to have the work corrected elsewhere.
When I tried to ask questions about the treatment, the dentist did not communicate effectively, making it difficult to understand the plan or what issues were being addressed.
More concerning than the cost and time was the loss of trust in the dentist, who I relied on to uphold his fiduciary responsibility and professional judgment. I recommend seeking a second opinion if concerns arise after crown placement.
Everyone is very professional and caring, the front staff makes you feel very welcome and the Dr. is very caring and he takes care of business. I did not have to wait long at all. Definitely will be bringing my whole family here.
Unfortunately, I have to update my review after having multiple experiences with this office. While they do have a convenient text message system that confirms when you’ve left a message, they never return calls or texts. Then, they mark your record as a no-show and charge a no-show fee. It’s really disappointing because the dentist himself is great — I used to recommend him to everyone. However, an office that handles things this way and doesn’t work with patients isn’t one I can recommend anymore. Especially when they are the ones at fault, not the patient.

The office staff was welcoming and professional, and the dental assistants were both friendly and fantastic. The dentist is the best I have encountered in my 47 years of dental visits! If you're feeling nervous or anxious about visiting a dentist, I highly recommend choosing this office first. I drove 45 minutes to get here, and it was absolutely worth it!)

One got a bridge, the other got three crowns—they offer financing, which helps a lot. Pricing is reasonable. The clinic is super clean, and the front desk staff are great. This dentist is AMAZING! My last dentist ruined my teeth I was in so much pain it was unbearable, every dentist I called didn’t have any availability for at least a month. Lone Mountain Dental saw me the next day after I called and got straight to work. I am so happy and grateful that I found this dentist office, they worked fast and I felt little to no pain during my appointment! all of the staff were so nice and made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 across the board!
