Missed infection on my X-rays. Sent X-rays to my dental insurance for crowns, and they were denied because there was infection in the two teeth. The dentist never told me about any infection. Very disappointed.

Smile heroes! Been meaning to write this for a while. My family and I started seeing Dr. D about six months after he opened, and he's been our family dentist ever since. He and his staff are always kind and welcoming. Two of my kids are on the autism spectrum, and they've always been patient, gentle, and understanding. My son has only ever been seen at Dr. D's office since he was old enough. That says a lot.

I hear so many negative comments but I never saw that. I chipped my tooth and called, got an answer right away, and she was friendly. Got me scheduled for the next day. Came in, a few people waiting but that's normal. I was nervous, but the nurse helped me through everything. The doctor was the best, explained everything slowly so I could understand. I told him I'm nervous with needles, and he talked to me while giving Novocaine, even did the wiggle on my cheek. My extraction and three fillings were super fast. Highly recommend!

Never a no-call no-show. Tried calling for my last two appointments, no one answered. Had a sudden death in the family and finally got someone on the phone who said come in and we'll fit you in. Today the front desk lady was very nasty and rude. I was strongly recommended to the Greek dentist and wanted to address these issues, but she said he won't talk to me. Your office staff needs to be addressed. I have crowns falling out and missing teeth.

Dr. Daman is the best dentist. He listens to all your concerns and addresses them immediately. I went to his office thinking I would need all my teeth removed. Instead he saved my smile. The two teeth he has pulled didnt hurt too bad. I also love Crystal she's amazing at doing fillings. Marie is great with teeth cleanings. Ashley is also very nice and sweet.
Could not have had a better extraction. Amazing dentist and a truly wonderful staff - they made it all so easy. Getting teeth pulled is never fun but they made it as painless and comfy. Will for sure be back!
Where do I start? My children were new patients a month ago. After waiting two long years to get in, we finally did. The work I've been wanting for my kids was done at the second appointment. I got all five kids seen on the same day. We traveled all the way from Sandusky and are so pleased with the service. Dr. Daman is an awesome dentist who shows compassion. Proud to say we're here to stay. 10/10 I will recommend.

Daman is THE BEST!! I got an appointment in under ONE WEEK and managed to get a bothersome cavity filled that my previous dentist shied away from for two years. I was politely invited in and treated just like family. The numbing process was painless and the entire procedure was swift, precise and unexpectedly comfortable. I did not think this type of care existed for Medicaid holders! I’m beyond happy with my tooth now (minimal to no sensitivity) and I’ve already booked a second appointment with ease. By far the best dentist office I’ve been to. Dr. Simantiris is incredible. An amazing balance of efficiency as well as the quality of care. I had some issues following a deep cavity filling and was in a large amount of pain. The team here was kind and caring enough to squeeze me in early today to get it rechecked since I was anxious about an infection. When Dr Simantiris came into the room, he immediately apologized to me for the pain I was in and got to work! I don’t think I’ve ever had a dentist apologize to me and TRULY felt the sympathy before this guy!🙌🏻 He always explains everything incredibly well, takes time to listen to your concerns, and cares about your dental health and wellbeing more than the cash grab. Definitely worth it.

I’ve been to several dentists in the Lorain area and this is by far my favorite. Every visit the staff is so friendly and personable and makes the entire visit very comfortable. Dr is very straightforward and doesn’t sugarcoat things but is also very personable and will joke with us to calm my nerves. Went to get my wisdom teeth pulled and was very very nervous and anxious and he was very transparent about the entire process and WHY things were happening (like pressure, slight pain, etc). I’ve never felt more comfortable visiting a dentist than i have this one and highly recommend it, especially for someone who may be nervous or anxious about procedures such as wisdom teeth removal.
Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I've avoided dentists for a long time due to bad experiences. Dr. Daman and his staff blew my mind. They are excellent. Do everything they can to make you and/or your children feel comfortable. Highly recommend.
