Lotus Dental Care in Winfield is a great office—never had issues with scheduling, and I get text reminders that keep me on track. Dr. Anumula is awesome and gentle, and they’re really mindful about insurance coverage, which is honestly amazing. I needed new night retainers after finishing Invisalign treatment years ago, but they don’t make them here. The office gave me a referral though, so if you’re in the same boat, they’ll point you in the right direction.

To start off. I've been with this dentist for over 6 yrs or so. I've been with her at the Glendale heights facility as well as her transition to Wheaton. I've always thought we had a good history knowing the years l've been there but I was wrong. I've been trying to contact my Dentist or who I thought was my dentist for a year now. Any time I call there's no answer. So I decided since I was in the area to stop by. As I entered the facility my dentist provider was on a phone call and prompted me to sit upon arrival.
I sat and waited. When she got off the phone, l decided to give the phone a ring to see if maybe the phone number was changed or as I felt I was being ignored. Well the phone rang and the receptionist and her both looked at each other and then looked at me. As if they knew my number and face and knew not to answer. I looked at both of them and said yes it's me. I didn't understand why because it has always been good vibes going in the office. I guess that's her way of saying she didn't want to service me anymore. She tried to explain. I felt there was know explanation needed. The office was empty and I could have been there getting serviced. She blocked my number for being serviced. What a horrible feeling coming from someone you've been loyal to. I've never caused any problems and also took my family to the location as well. This needs to be seen. I will be heard. Because I don't understand WHY?

She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of my daughters’ treatment, making sure she was comfortable and informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and the care she and her team provides. I highly recommend Dr. Saila Anumala. I also appreciate the fact that she is bilingual (or trilingual) and she spoke to us in Spanish as needed.
I was able to get an appointment on the same day because of a toothache that wasn’t going away. I had not been to the dentist in a couple years either. When I went in for my appointment, she was able to get my full exam done as well and a cleaning. Dr. Anumula is so sweet and she walked me through everything she was doing and went through my treatment plan with me so that I could understand what was happening. I love her!!! She’s so personable and would definitely recommend her to anyone! This is one doctor visit that I don't mind going to!

Dr Saila and her team are very welcoming. She explains procedures and ensures you are comfortable. She cares about her patients very genuinely. My wife and I have been going to Lotus for about 2 or 3 years and, unless we move to another state and have no choice, we’ll never leave! Dr. Saila is the best dentist we’ve ever had. She is the epitome of what a healthcare professional should be—very kind, caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated. You can tell she loves her patients, loves what she does, and she does it very well—that goes for her support staff also. We went in about a week ago for our 6 month check up and it was just like catching up with family. Definitely check this place out if you’re looking for a new dentist!

I'm always so hesitant about going to a new dental office. However, this office was by far simply the best! From the moment I walked in felt extremely welcomed. The receptionist was over knowledgeable & professional. Dr. Saila was simply the best dentist that I've ever visited. Her work, patience, and how she explained everything were amazing! I have now referred other Family members over to her office.
