I was told a service would be covered by my insurance and signed a form stating that. Then I got a bill in the mail. When I called, they had no idea about the form. I've been emailing and they still can't produce the original form. My emails get ignored and messages not returned. Really frustrating.

I have always gone to the same dentist my whole life and had just changed to Dr. Larson and her staff and couldn’t be happier!!! A couple months ago I got my teeth cleaned and they felt cleaner than they ever have been!!! Came back today to get 5-6 Fillings, I have TMJ and when I just started getting very sore they offered a block which very much help to the ease of the jaw!!!! Also the nitrous was definitely a bonus!!! Cannot wait to go back for my next cleaning and to be able to bring my daughter to them in the future as well!!! Most definitely will be sending more people their way!!!! Thanks again Dr.Larson and staff!!!

These ladies are just the best! Kind, patient, friendly, gentle, and funny—they've got it all. I've known Nadine for years, but every time I come in for a cleaning or check-up at Louisville Family Dental in Louisville, NE, it feels like I've known the whole team forever. My young son loves going too—he enjoys the sports banter they share with him. I live about 25 miles away, but honestly, I'd drive 1000 miles to be seen by them. I'm so happy with Dr. Larson and her team. When I moved to Louisville last year, I was looking for a new dentist and lucked out finding one just 5 minutes from home. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and professional. They offer Invisalign and other services too. Plus, she sometimes has her French Bulldog puppy around—makes my day! I recommend them to friends in Omaha and Lincoln—they're worth the drive.
