Every time I visit Loveland in Mooresville, it's just a great experience. The front staff is always polite and friendly, and they get me in on time. The techs are so sweet—they're gentle and really explain everything during my cleanings. Dr. Sarah is fantastic too, always positive and knows her stuff. Lets be honest, nobody wants to go to the dentist, but I have to say, if you gotta go to the dentist make sure its Loveland. I had a checkup and was expecting the worst, but was so pleasantly surprised. The tech is great, the facility is amazing and the staff are top notch. If you're looking for a dentist do not overlook them, as they are the best I've ever had.
Update : Today I visited Loveland for cleaning up a few cavities (that's what you get when you haven't been to the dentist in over 20 years), and I have to say that I didn't think my last visit could have been topped till today. Having been greeted by Joy and Dr Sara with smiling faces, they immediately put me at ease. I required two shots 😬, and I cannot emphasize this enough, I FELT NOTHING. I never knew she was administering them if it wasn't for her explaining in great detail, everything she was doing so I wouldn't be surprised. I mean, guy, let's be honest, the shot is the worst part of a filling and when you don't feel even the smallest pinch (I truly believe she is the shot whisperer), it only gets better from there. The two were professional, and funny. What did the dentist get when he won dentist of the year? A little plaque. Told you, they were funny. Listen, in the end, it's up to you who you have work on your teeth, but for me it's Loveland all the way.

My first visit to Loveland Dental Group in Mooresville was great. The equipment for X-rays and pictures was a big step up from what I'd seen before, and the heated massage chairs during my cleaning were so relaxing. After having my tooth pulled I had complications including pain and trismus for over 3 weeks. After multiple calls to the office for Dr. Morrison went unreturned, I had no alternative to go to emergency and deal with the situation on my own. Based on my experience I would not recommend him or this dental practice. Poor follow up and little concern or empathy for my situation.
My family and I are newish patients at Loveland Dental Group in Mooresville, and we've been blown away. The staff is so kind and caring, and they really care about their patients. The Veteran dental clinic they offer shows how much they give back to the community here in NC. We'll be customers for life!

I had a crown put in today and the experience was seamless beginning to end. The numb level was perfect the first time. They also do the crowns in-house. Fit perfectly. In and Out in less than 90 minutes.
