Sheila is great to work with. I have a bar that always builds up and she suggests tools and tricks to help. The only downside for me is that the office space doesn't easily accommodate wheelchairs. Otherwise, the dental clinic here in Pembroke is solid.

Best experience ever! Who says 'I love my dentist'? Me! If you want a great dentist in Pembroke, this is the place. I've had cleanings and they were all great. Dr. Kyle Finley is the best—a perfectionist in his craft. He answers every question and has a great sense of humor. Their equipment is state-of-the-art: CT scans, portable X-ray, 3D machine. I watched him prep my tooth for a crown from start to finish through a mirror—so fascinating I forgot to be anxious. Seriously, I'm a fan.

The dentist and hygienist were great, they really were, but make sure they run your insurance ahead of time. If they don't you might end up like me, all drugged up on laughing gas and sedatives and they are telling you that you owe them $4500 for a root canal and a filling and they dont take payment plans. Then tell you that you "agreed to it" cause of some paperwork they printed out that had a breakdown of how your appointments would look to fix your current problems. Even though they didn't even follow that first appointments plan, not doing one of the fillings, but I'm still accountable for the total amount?! I thought that was more of a loose treatment PLAN not a binding contractual agreement, as they said in later texts. Now its probably going to go to collections where $4500 turns into $9000 or more, then I'm even worse off, for work that should have cost maybe $2,000. I would have definitely made different choices had I known that my insurance wouldn't cover ANY of it and they dont do payment plants. I knew I couldn't cover the "luxe" price. Hospitals wouldn't do surgery without running your insurance. I expected the same from them (Especially after I informed them of my dental plan 3x prior.) It's violating enough having people drill into your face, but then to stick you with an enormous bill, that easily could have been widdled down. Just makes me feel like I was taken advantage of. Its a nice place and all, but its your insurance and payments paying for those niceties.
