This is the best dental office experience I have ever had. The entire staff is professional and efficient. Dr. Refai outlined in easy to understand details my treatment plan options for dental implants and crowns. This practice is clearly patient focused.

Wonderful and welcoming! Very happy! Dr Refai is unlike any other dentist. She treats you like family as does all of her staff. She takes her time and does not rush through the examination. Everything in her interaction is professional and well thought out. I was amazed with her attention to keep up with the latest treatment options like Invisalign and dental implants. This was my first visit to Magnolia, after a 8 year hiatus from previous dentists (who left me pretty scarred for life to be honest). I’ve been really scared to go back to a dentist, and after reading reviews online decided to try Magnolia. WOW. I don’t have the words to explain how Beth, Dr Anna and the lovely ladies at reception all made me feel. Their patient manner was something I’ve never experienced, it was out of this world. So professional, so calming, so informative! I’ve never been excited to go to the dentist before, but I actually can’t wait to book my next appointment based on how they handled my sedation dentistry needs.

Dr. Refai is the kindest, most intentional dentist I’ve ever been to in Atlanta. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to slow down, listen, and explain what she’s seeing/doing. I have been a patient of Dr Refai since before she started Magnolia Dentistry. I waited for quite a while for her to open her own office instead of seeing another dentist. Even though my drive time is longer, I feel like it’s worth the extra time and traffic. Dr Refai is very caring, accommodating, competent and efficient. She is interested in her patient’s whole health and well being as well as their dental health. She has recently seen me through the process of replacing a “baby tooth” with an implant. I highly recommend Magnolia Dentistry.
The day before my Husband‘s Appointment Dr. Refai Called to let us know she was looking forward to seeing him and asked was there anything she could do To make him feel more comfortable during his visit. I cannot recommend Magnolia Dentistry enough! Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The office is modern and designed for comfort, with heated massage chairs and TVs on the ceiling—making it easy to relax during your visit and making the time in the dental chair flyby. Dr. Refai is incredible—her expertise and warm, caring attitude made me feel completely at ease. The staff are just as wonderful, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way.
What sets them apart is the personal touch—starting with the tour and a call the following day just to check on me after my procedure. Parking is convenient right out front, which is also a plus, so if you’re looking for exceptional care in a high-tech, comfortable setting, Magnolia Dentistry is the place to go!

Dr. Anna Refai and her team are the exact kind of dentists you want to go to. The whole team really earns their 5 star ratings and go above and beyond. Her team makes sure that their office is a place you want to visit, that you feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan, and are happy with your results. You can just tell how much they all care about their work and their clients. I’m glad that my friend did his research, found their office and recommended me here. Let me start by saying that I hate going to the dentist...with a passion. After my first appointment at Magnolia Dentistry, I can honestly share that I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.
Thinking back on my day, it doesn't even feel like I went to the dentist. Magnolia Dentistry feels less like a dental office and more like a spa retreat for busy moms who just need a minute.
The chairs are like no other....two heating options...multiple massage modes...ummmm, hi amazingness!!!! But wait, it gets better! Headphones and Netflix on the ceiling for your viewing pleasure.
I had the most thorough cleaning (Mandy is awesome) yet felt like my appt went by so fast because of how much I was enjoying myself.
Dr Refai left no stone unturned when planning this office. Just wait until you go on the office tour and it will all come into focus.
The high tech equipment that shows literally EVERY view of what's going on inside of your mouth combined with Dr Refai's extensive knowledge of how things will decay/recede/progress going forward sets you up for the best dental situation possible.
Besides being a perfectionist who is very patient-focused (as opposed to some practices that are primarily profit-focused) is that Dr Refai is very honest about the urgency of procedures you may need as well as prioritizing your dental plan so you can space things out. This alone is exactly what anyone is looking for in a practice, but add in the spa-like experience and you've got yourself a dental nirvana!!!!
