I had a very thorough and gentle cleaning today by Kim, one of their dental hygienist who has years of experience. I appreciated her taking time to be thorough and also, to check under my tongue for any possible signs of abnormality.
Dr. Malloy addressed my concerns for my upper and lower onlays that I had done there to make sure that everything still feels comfortable with the best bite possible. Additionally, I like the fact that I am able to take advantage of their dental insurance they offer to their patients which is very reasonable and covers two cleanings, bite wing x-rays, 15% discount on crowns and onlays, and one emergency visit. It’s so easy to check out not having to pay any thing since they already know that my basic services are covered by their dental insurance. 😊
Simply the best dentist office I've ever been to. I'm struggling to write this review because I'm not sure where to begin.
1. The people skills/EQ of the entire staff is remarkable. Every interaction with every person who works here is A+.
2. If you have anxiety about the dentist you will probably find their approach to be very calming and reassuring
3. Excellent dental work; they identified some inadequacies of prior dental work I had done. Made some corrections as part of my check-up (no cost) that helped give me better comfort in the immediate term and then suggested an excellent work plan to correct long term.
4. Always on time; they run a tight ship and I've never had to wait for my appointments even though they are in the afternoon.
I have been coming to this dental practice since I was a kid, when it used to be Forry & Huber. I stayed with the practice after my beloved dentists retired years ago and entrusted their patients to two amazing, intelligent and kind dentists—Dr. Devine and Dr.Malloy. I continue to see Dr. Devine and bring my kids to him as well. My parents also continue to come here.
The ENTIRE practice is so wonderful. I love, love, love the ladies at the front desk. The dental technicians are so incredibly warm and kind and put you at ease. Everyone at Malloy & Devine Signature Dental treats you like family and genuinely care for their patients. I have recommended this practice to friends and family and will continue to do so.
I have autism and past dental trauma that makes going to the dentist a nightmare for me. I informed them of this and they have taken every measure to keep me calm and comfortable. I also need a lot of work done, and there was no shaming, just patience, understanding and facts. Dr. Malloy is funny and patient, and explained every step to me. He did an in depth analysis of my teeth and what his plan was. They accommodated me at each step and were generally amazing. I've never been calm in a dentist chair before, and I was able to literally fall asleep while getting work done, which is amazing. I would recommend!
