Great cleaning like usual! Also quick response to putting my crown back in. Very professional and friendly service! Isabelle added the Allday 5000 toothpaste which will help restore enamel and helped me sleep better last night—I have insomnia, and the toothpaste prevented my mouth from drying out.

Honestly, I've never felt so at ease at a dentist before. The hygienist here in Savannah is amazing! For 35 years, cleanings always hurt me, but not at Dr. Dye's office. She was so careful, gentle yet efficient. Full recommendation for gentle dental care!

A year and a half ago, I walked into Dr. Mark Dye's office needing my bottom teeth straightened and a couple of front teeth replaced with a bone graft and implant. I was expecting the worst, but Dr. Dye said, 'I can straighten those right up' using Invisalign clear braces, while he sent me to Dr. Hinchey for the bone graft and implant. Today, my journey is complete—teeth straight, implant successful, and the cost was way less than I expected. There are good dentists everywhere, but this Savannah practice is top-notch.

I cannot stress enough how horrible my experience was at Mark Dye's office—easily the worst dental appointment ever. My mouth bled during a cleaning, which never happens. The hygienist was not gentle at all, jabbing my teeth repeatedly with no apology. The whole thing felt rushed. I expected better from a dentist in Savannah.

Went in and had a nice quick cleaning. The hygienist did not try to ask me a ton of questions during the cleaning with equipment in my mouth which is sooo nice. Dentist came in and opened up time for questions, but did not BS around / small talk which I appreciate! Will be back

First time patient! Front desk was very friendly! My hygienist Erin was very thorough. She took her time and rechecked her work several times. She even asked me to feel around and let her know if I had any spots that might need more attention. Dr. Dye was personable and made me feel comfortable. Pretty sure I found my new dentist in Savannah!

I rarely leave reviews, but since I found Dr. Dye through research and reviews, I did want to leave one with my experience. I have had extensive dental work over the years and have a lot of anxiety when going to a dentist. I went to Dr. Dye's office as a new patient today. The hygienist was thorough and kind and everything about the experience today was good. I did not feel once like I was being pushed towards any unnecessary procedures, which has not been my experience with other dentists. My overall experience was very, very good and I am happy to have found a dentist that I can trust. Thank you!

Poor overall experience , had to wait 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment for my cleaning. The dental hygienist was running late, and the Dentist was in a rush. He looked at the xray (didn’t check my mouth or teeth ) and stated that I needed to see an Endodontist, he told me that I needed a root canal and left. The staff seemed annoyed that my appointment was running late since it was their lunch hour . This was my first appointment with this office, and I was not impressed. I will not come back.

I was a regular of Dr. Dye's office for several years. Generally, I had good experiences there. The staff was great. Never had any delays or complaints. However, after I reported a tooth being tender, Dr. Dye looked. It was a cracked molar. I had a filling some time prior to this and he was VERY defensive without any accusation. Agressively so. I did not even know what was wrong or make any accusation that he did any wrong. But he took the time to stress absolutely that he DID NOT crack my tooth. I stopped going here not long after this. After a couple years now, and thinking over it. I was a regular for years. I must have not had much value as a patient, because I have not heard much from them. So, if something happens with this office- I cannot speak for everyone there, but I wouldn't trust Dr. Dye to be very regretful or accountable with even a minor, unfortunate outcome.

I had a dental hygienist Linda that took her time with cleaning my teeth. Talked to me giving good tips of caring for my health as well as my teeth even down to trying a new thicker dental floss called Super Floss. She even encouraged me to read the notes she put online to be sure I agreed with what she wrote. She is from the”old school” that I really appreciated
Dr Dye is thorough as well and had an x-ray done on a suspicion crown. So I will be back in 2 weeks.
