I’ve had previous dental work at another office that left me in so much pain and a migraine, causing anxiety for future work. I had a metal filling I’ve been wanting replaced and done so in a way that was safe, and Dr. Marr did a phenomenal job! He educated me whilst he worked, leaving me with clean teeth and minimal pain and worry.
The staff are great and have all been friendly and kind. They also made my son’s first dental visit calming and fun, letting him explore the tools. Thank you all and keep up the good work!

This is the best dental office in the entire area! I have been a patient at this office my entire life- almost 40 years! The dentists, hygienists, and employees are absolutely wonderful. Everyone who works at this dental office want people to have healthy teeth and overall great health. They care about their patients beyond the medical realm. I left a hair clip in the office by accident at my last cleaning appointment with Ashley. When I first walked into the office this morning, Alisa handed me the hair clip that they have kept for me and remembered that it was mine - from six months ago!

The last dentist I was going to was trying to sell me on a crown, whereas Marr & Thompson simply did a filling on the same tooth and sent me on my way. I fully believe they only want to do what is necessary for your dental health and I would easily recommend them to anyone in the Fort Wayne area.
They also offer free second opinions which is incredibly generous.

Rarely do I write reviews. It’s not often that I experience service so good it feels wrong NOT to share it! However, the exceptional dental care my children and I receive from Dr. Thompson and his staff is certainly worth this exception! Here is where friendliness and enthusiasm meet professionalism! Even the squirrels and birds at the feeder on the west seem happy to be there! They sure are fun to watch from the exam chair!

My kids and I see Dr. Thompson and his wonderful hygienists. I have been going to this dentist office since before Marr & Thompson took over (my entire life).
Cindy and Tami do such a wonderful job with my kids. They don’t hate going to the dentist (huge for kids)! I love my visits with Megan! She always does a wonderful job with my teeth, they don’t hurt afterwards, and she’s a pleasure to talk to.
Whenever one of us has had any sort of dental work (cavity, sealants, etc), Dr. Thompson has been very patient and informative during the procedures. When he checks our teeth, I appreciate his honesty with my kids. He doesn’t sugar coat it and tells them when they need to do better or if they’re doing well.

Everything about this place is stellar! From regular teeth cleaning to my tooth implant, Dr. Thompson and his crew are such a pleasure to deal with. They are friendly, articulate, and specialists at everything oral health related. I've had 6 dentists in the last 20 years and Dr. Thompson is my favorite. I moved 2 hours away, but still drive all the way back to Fort Wayne because the dentists around here can't compare.
The whole office is clean, with complimentary coffee in the waiting area and a scenic view of nature in the exam rooms. It's the little things like keeping bird feeders full so animals are always around. But mostly it's because of Dr. Thompson and his team.

After seeing the same dentist since childhood, I realized I was no longer satisfied with my care. My concerns about my teeth felt overlooked, so I decided it was time for a change. I’ve never been fond of dental visits or transitions, but Dr. Thompson and Emilee truly exceeded my expectations. Emilee was attentive to my previous experiences and worked hard to ensure I felt comfortable. Dr. Thompson was both professional and personable, even during our first meeting. Overall, I am very impressed with the level of patient care I received and feel relieved to be in such caring hands. 10/10 if you’re looking for a change this is the place to go.

Staff always remember our names and even ask about my husband and son if they are not with me. Always willing to answer questions. I have never had any issues scheduling appointments. They make sure you are comfortable as possible during any procedures.

Great dental office - customer service is top notch, polite staff, always and I mean always on time. Cost of services is extremely reasonable and willing to provide a payment plan if needed. They don’t try to recommend work if it’s truly not needed. I have been going to that same dental office for the last 30+ years when it was under a previous dentist.
