Been coming to Dr. Alspaugh for almost 20 years, ever since I got insurance through work. I don't live near Edmond or OKC anymore, but I still drive here for my dental care. Honestly, Dr. Alspaugh does excellent and professional dental work. He's really considerate about any pain you might be feeling. He explains exactly what the procedure will involve, which helps calm my nerves—I always get a little anxious in the chair. We need more dentists like him in Edmond. Great guy.

Couldn't ask for a better dentist in Edmond. Dr. Alspaugh and his staff are kind, gentle, and go above and beyond when you're in need. He's incredibly skilled—has a great eye for color and shaping on crowns and repairs. He's made time for same-day emergencies multiple times, and his prices are reasonable too. I've had a fear of dentists for years, but Dr. Alspaugh is different. Recently a filling fell out, and he took care of it right away. I mentioned sensitivity on another tooth from changing how I chew, and he actually listened—a nice change from past bad experiences. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Dr. Alspaugh is very trustworthy and thorough. He provides in depth explanations that are easy to understand. Dr. Alspaugh and his staff are wonderful! I've always been scared of the dentist, but with gas I was super comfortable. Had a crown done, and he made it in the office while I waited—no second visit needed. His equipment is top notch, and he even removed all my mercury fillings. Really impressed with his work here in Edmond.

Very pleased with Dr. Alspaugh, his entire staff and end results from treatment. My front teeth needed cosmetic work (a small chip and fine “crack”). Also had teeth whitened. Am very pleased how they turned out. Dr spends time with teaching and explaining options.

I've been with Michael over three years now. I had let my dental care go for a number of years. When I started with Alspaugh, my teeth and gums were in bad shape. The doc assessed my situation and made a plan to get my mouth back in shape with measured steps and a plan. The most dramatic of my care was the removal of two molars and the placement of two implants. Doc never took any risks with my care knowing that I was best off with a maxillofacial specialist for the removal. While we both knew he could pull those molars, but he knew that a specialist would have a keener sense and feel for the install of implant posts in my jaw. I never got the feeling I was being pushed to take steps I wasn't financially prepared for. His plan has worked and we're back to maintaining. The doc is easy to talk with and his staff are friendly and professional. I heartily recommend Michael if you thinking of or needing to make a change. Ed

I was cautious at first after several bad experiences with a previous dentist, but have now been here a few years and just love Dr. Alspaugh and his staff. He is warm, thorough, up front and honest, and tries to prevent issues as well as fix them. He and his staff are gentle, attentive to patient comfort, and do a great job with attentiveness to cosmetic concerns as well. They are knowledgeable about insurance and thoughtful about how to best structure timing of services. Love it here and recommend 100%!
