I’ve been going to Middleton Family Dentistry for many years and have always received good service. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. I got my teeth cleaned, with my awesome dental hygienist Nicole, yesterday when she found what looked like the start of a cavity. Dr Logan (Goodrich) confirmed it was a cavity then worked me into his schedule and filled it before I left. This was the first time I ever worked with Dr Logan. He did an excellent job filling my cavity (barely knew he was there) 😁which made it all worth the wait. I truly appreciate the extra efforts everyone made to get my tooth fixed before I left last night. 😁 Thanks again for your outstanding service!

I had Morgan help with my first appointment and she was such a pleasure. She was very informative and helped make the appointment more calm as I was very anxious. My second appointment was with Faith for a cleaning and she was polite, professional, and provided me with plenty of advice to help with improving my dental hygiene. I have been a patient at Middleton for years. I have decided to leave. They have changed their practices to the point it has gotten ridiculous. I have never missed an appointment and always paid my bill - even when I didn't have insurance. They now require that you confirm your appointment a full week ahead of time or they fill your appointment. I am a busy person, i planned on going to my appointment, had it on my calendar just hadn't confirmed. They cancelled my appointment and then gave it to someone else 6 days prior. This is not the way it used to be. They have forgottent they are selling a service that is available by a lot of dentists in the area so I will go elsewhere.

I had a front crown come out that had been in place for 38 years. I called MFD as soon as they opened and received same day care. Hailey took preliminary x-rays and explained in depth the best and worst case scenarios. She walked Dr. Logan through our conversation and explained the history of my tooth. Dr. Logan came through and definitely saved the day. Its not very often I am a best case scenario. He had me patched up and on my way in an hour. I am super grateful to Dr. Logan and his team for their quick response and not making me go through the holidays missing a front tooth.

Team is all very nice and sensitive when it comes to dental health. My hygienist is funny and more gentle when cleaning my teeth, which is something I really appreciate as someone who has a pretty strong dislike of going to the dentist. Probably my favorite dentist office that I’ve visited in recent years.

I loved my experience here. It was amazing… I came in to get my x-rays for my 6th month cleaning and I was told i would have to come back for a cleaning on another day… the technician and I sat there and talked about how I was not from Inidiana and how i was going back home for the week… when we went to schedule the actual cleaning I stressed again that I was leaving out of town… she said how about thursday… i said yes because we were looking into the following week…. well she did it the week i was gone. So i missed my appointment because of my hectic week back home and now i owe $50 because I didn’t cancel an appointment that shouldn’t have been in there. I am so upset because I thought this would be my dentist until my partner got finished with school…. but now I can’t afford my cleaning because I owe $50 on top of the cleaning bill.

My 7 y/o needed urgent attention to an abscess that formed over night. I was SO relieved when they were able to work us into their schedule the same day! Everyone was incredibly kind, from scheduling to checkout. The hygienist was super informative and great with my kiddo & putting her at ease.
