Honestly wish I had found this office sooner. My kids are a lot more comfortable in this office than in the prior dentist. The hygienists are all amazing and gentle. My 8-year-old has Autism Spectrum Disorder and gets extremely anxious at the dentist. Dr. Adrian was incredible! He made my son feel so comfortable as it was his first time there! My husband and I took all four of our kids(ages 17 mos-4yr) at the same time and the entire office helped us and got us in and out! We will be patients for a long time and will recommend anyone with kids come here!
Just had our first visit for my toddler at Middletown Pediatric Dental - what a pleasure. It is a clean, updated, bright and welcoming environment. Lots of books and other engaging activities in the waiting room, that we didn't fully explore because we were brought right back for our visit. Everyone at the front desk was attentive, kind & engaging. Elaine was our dental assistant and she made sure my toddler was comfortable with books, TV, and a fun new toothbrush. Dr. Adrian was incredible - pleasant, disarming, knowledgeable - took his time to explain things to me and make sure my toddler was ok throughout the examination (fussy and all). This is a really wonderful dental practice for little ones.

My son’s dentist, Dr. Adrian, and the dental hygienist, Christine, are fantastic with children. They made our visit fun and engaging, working quickly and efficiently to help my son feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
We've been seeing Dr. Adrian for some time, and I greatly appreciate his conservative approach toward my son’s mild cavity. He was open to my suggestion of using Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF), and as a result, my son’s baby tooth successfully remineralized. I'm so grateful we could avoid the trauma of a filling. Our previous dentist immediately scheduled a filling, so I’m extremely glad we sought a second opinion from Dr. Adrian. That said, if Dr. Adrian had advised that the cavity was too severe for SDF, I would have fully trusted his professional judgment.
Overall, a definite 5-star experience!
Brought my 3-year-old and 1.5-year-old for their first visit! We felt welcomed by everyone. Dr. Adrian took his time talking to my 3-year-old, asking questions to build trust. Last night I asked my son if he wants to see Dr. Adrian again and he said, 'Yes Yes!' Also got great tips on toothbrushing. My daughter had to have some significant work done today and Dr Adrian and the staff were amazing. They were so patient and calm with her. Dr Adrian was transparent with her and me and walked us through the process step by step. The care and compassion was tip notch. Everyone working there makes you feel comfortable and they care. Dr Adrian is awesome with our son. He has some sensory processing and ADHD but he does a phenomenal job making sure he understands everything he is doing. Our son was sad when Dr.Ami left but he loves Dr Adrian equally. The office staff is top notch and super friendly. One of the best dental offices.
