I was a patient of Miller Dental Group for over 4 years and was happy until the last year. The hygienist was rude and pushy, so I asked for a different one. My insurance changed on 01/01/26, and I called to give them my new info. They said they'd work with me since they're out of network. That was great because I hate finding a new dentist due to past horrible experiences. But when I called back a month before my cleaning to get a predetermination for some work, the lady said she didn't see any info about my new insurance. It was really frustrating.

This is a great place to get your wisdom teeth out! Dr. Spivey made sure my IV sedation went smoothly, and the surgery was quick. Definitely recommend Miller Dental for oral surgery!

Miller Dental Group is the place for me, even though my insurance isn't accepted here. I'm a total chicken when it comes to the dentist, but from the moment I walk in, I feel at ease. Courtney always has my back—she knows about my anxiety and gives the dentist a heads up. Dr. Spivey and his assistant are caring, professional, and really informative. The reception team is super welcoming and friendly too. I won't go anywhere else for my dental cleanings or anything else!

Very efficient, got me in quickly to fix my problem. Very nice office and staff. Woke up this morning with no discomfort after Dr Yarbrough adjusted my night guard yesterday. Dalton, the hygienist did a wonderful job with my cleaning.

At 74, I've had my fair share of dental visits, but my first appointment at Miller Dental Group in Savannah, Georgia was the best ever. I had implant surgery 13 years ago for all my uppers, and the staff here was incredibly professional. The service I received was just incredible—they really know what they're doing with dental implants. Highly recommend!

I made a cleaning appointment with my new insurance. Went in at 11 am, got x-rays and a thorough cleaning. I mentioned my bite is off. The hygienist said they could take care of that free of charge that day. Then the doctor came in, chatted, and I mentioned the bite issue again. She told me I need to see an endocrinologist to verify if I need a root canal before she'd do a crown on one tooth. Another tooth also needs a crown. I was at my old dentist 6 months ago with no issues, but I agree it should be checked. Still, it was confusing.

Dr. Duffy is the best—she has such good bedside manner and is so sweet. I came into Miller Dental in Savannah for a visit. She gives you a very good awareness of the procedure, which I find is the best part. She's collaborative and has a sense for making patients comfortable. Her dental assistant Madison was also great. The lady who had me sign off on info was very nice and mannerly. The overall experience was amazing from front door to exit. Even the music was nice!

If you want superior service and a friendly environment, Miller is for you. I had an old crown that was trapping food and causing pain after meals. They fixed it on-site with a same-day crown while I waited—no need for a second visit. The accuracy of their scanners gave a perfect fit. No more spaces or pain. Huge relief! I can't say enough good things about their dental bridges and crowns work.

My appointment was wonderful. I highly recommend Julia as a hygienist if you have any dentist anxiety. She talks to you about what's she's doing and checks in to make sure you're comfortable. Not to mention she is super friendly. The dentist was also very good about talking to me about concerns with my teeth and was also incredibly friendly. The office staff was also very kind and welcoming. Overall a great experience.

Went in for my first visit and was very nervous because I have not had great experience with dentists and have not been in a few years. The entire staff was incredible. They pre-checked my insurance, knew exactly what was and was not covered, broke down price for out of pocket items (which were very affordable xrays), and operated very efficiently. My technician was so nice and clearly read my file before coming in; I did not feel like a number. They made me feel right at home and the dentist himself was very nice and professional. Going to the dentist is usually not the most enjoyable experience however I’m always happy every 6 months to see my hygienist and friend Cortney 😀. She is amazing!!! It’s always a joy to hear Cindy’s welcoming voice and see her smile when I enter the building. While I can’t remember the name of the young lady who checked out, she was also very knowledgeable and polite. Lastly my time with Dr. Duffy was wonderful! It was a pleasure meeting her and getting to know her. Thank you Miller Dental team for all you do!!! 🙏🏾

I am pleased with each dentist visit whenever I am schedule for a cleaning, as confirmation is given if something needs attention or not. But everyone has different opinions on who they see, as I never had to second guess my decision about Miller Dental Group. My overall grade about this clinic is an A plus, followed by three bold stars behind it. Morgan was who me and my mother seen today, and she was excellent overall.
