Basic cleaning and exam went fine, but buyer beware. They didn't mention my insurance wasn't in-network when I registered. Got a bill for stuff that's usually covered. They did have a sign saying Liberty leaves their network in 2026, but that felt ethically iffy to me.

For years I hid my smile because of bad teeth. Partial dentures never fit right and hurt, so I just didn't wear them. My friend Glenda told me about Dr. Marshall on Abbe Rd in Elyria. I wanted full mouth dental implants so bad, and Shelly helped me figure out the cost. Janelle is amazing. I love them all. If there's a will, there's a way! The staff and doctors are always kind. Jillian, my hygienist, makes me feel like I'm catching up with a friend. She's gentle and does a great job with cleanings using hand instruments. Bri, the assistant, was sweet today too. I've seen different dentists each time, but they're all kind and get me in and out quickly. Great customer service.

First normal visit after moving to the area. Chose this place for convenience and Delta Dental PPO. Amy, my hygienist, and Dr. Minnillo spent an hour with me setting up a plan for my aging teeth and gums. Glad I found them—you will be too. Dr. Jay and his staff are absolutley amazing. I was having many issues and made the tough decision to get the implants after consulting with Dr.Jay. It started with Shelly contacting me after I completed the form on their website. She was so supportive and knowledgeable through the entire process of getting everything lined up and as well as the day of my surgery, and checking on me the next day. Throughout the surgery, Dr. Jay and his nurse Keisa were amazing. Always letting me know what the next step was and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Little to know pain. And Janelle did an amazing job on my temporary set. They look and fit perfect. I honestly cannot say enough about everyone there. They are all so kind, treat you with dignity and actually care about you. I highly recommend Dr. Jay and his team.

This is my second visit to this dentist. Both Dr Minnillo and Amy, my dental hygienist, were very knowledgeable and thorough with my exam and cleaning. And my mouth guard came out the cleanest ever! Very pleased with them!

Dr "Jay" Marshall is amazing. I have been having a lot of dental issues over the past year. I was in pain daily. 5 days ago I had my teeth pulled and implants put in. During the procedure Dr. Jay made sure I was in no pain and comfortable. I have minimal swelling and pain. Nothing Tylenol can't handle. I will tell everyone I know if they are having dental issues to go see Dr. Marshall.

Two days ago my old crown popped off while flossing before bed exposing serious sensitivity. The office and Paul were able to get me in the next morning and by 11:00 am my crown was once again seated and I was able to have coffee and eat as though it never occurred! Pure luck I found Minnillo & Marshall. Been a patient for about 2 years. Dr. Minnillo is one of the nicest dentists I've ever seen—he makes you feel relaxed. I used to have anxiety attacks, but he's gentle with the numbing shots and easy to talk to. No pressure at all. The ladies there are always kind and helpful too.

My family has been going to Dr Minnillo for decades. Everyone in the office is friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle. They do not push procedures and work with you and the insurance company.
His technology is very modern, making the experience easier. The office is family friendly. My young kids actually like going to the dentist.
