Came in for a hygiene appointment and booked a follow-up to fix a filling. Dr. Andrew was super professional and did a great job. I ended up getting a crown on tooth #19. I'm curious about procedures, and he walked me through every step, showing pictures and 3D scans. No other dentist has given me that much detail. Happy with the result. Also had some billing issues with the front desk, but they worked it out.

As a mom who's been nervous about my 3-year-old's first dental visit for over a year, I'm so grateful for Dr. Nguyen. My daughter was terrified this morning, but Dr. Nguyen made it fun and positive. She was super patient, explained everything, and let her touch the tools to build trust. The Netflix screen above the chair kept her distracted. Been coming to Mint Dental since 2020 and never had a bad visit. All the hygienists are friendly, professional, and thorough with cleanings. Both Dr. Michelle and Dr. Andrew make dental visits something I actually look forward to. It's rare to have dentists do cleanings themselves, but they take the time to chat and really care. Moved from Sunnyvale three years ago and still miss this dental office. The quality, transparency with X-rays, billing breakdown—everything was excellent. Cringe dentist. Its sad to see the male dentist hit on the young female assistants while working on the teeth. Super cringe and sad. Apparently he's married to another dentist who works in the same dentistry.
Also, have to wait for a long time while they lie about "5 more minutes" for 45+ minutes after the appointment time.
Found another competent dentist in the area and very happy now.

Came for a routine checkup. Easy online booking, pre-filled insurance, quick check-in, and seen on time. Office was clean and everyone friendly. The cleaning took a while since I'd put it off, but they did a great job. TV with my own shows was a nice touch. No upselling—just a smooth experience.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and every visit has been a genuinely great experience. Dr. Andrew did a fantastic job with my fillings and made sure I was well cared for throughout my crown and root canal process, even referring me to a great endodontist. Jerika is always thorough and gentle during my cleaning, and Alan always brings great energy to the room while explaining things clearly and assisting with procedures. I've been going to Mint for a couple of years now and I have to say they have provided excellent service. I really appreciate their approach when it comes to recommending treatment plans - I feel like they take into account the preferences of the patient rather than hard selling treatments like some other dentists I've experienced. The staff are always very friendly and they really take the time to answer your questions and make you feel valued as a patient.

One of the better experiences that I've had at a dental office compered to offices that I've seen in the past. From my end, operationally everything is completely smooth as I can fill out my details / insurance all online before my visit and also receive email, text or phone call reminders about my appointment. The office is completely modern as well with televisions on the ceiling that I can distract myself with episodes of the Office and etc.
Outside of the the operational piece, I would say Dr. Andrew and Dr. Michelle will often explain to me what they are doing and why they are doing it before any type of procedure which I MUCH appreciate. The communication is superb and how everything is explained along with their professional feedback is easy to digest.
If you want an dental office that thinks about the small details (beverage fridge upon entrance, TV with streaming content, digital applications, text / email reminders, calendar invites) in addition to really good dental work, Mint Dental so far checks all the boxes for me!
