A year ago, I needed a root canal here in Bloomfield, and Dr. Liu did it in-office instead of referring me to an endodontist. He left a sharp part that cut my tongue, so I had to go back to fix it. Now, a year later, it turns out he missed a root, causing an infection in my jaw bone. I had to redo the root canal at my own expense, and we don't know if I'll need a tooth extraction. Expensive and frustrating experience with emergency dentistry gone wrong.

Just went to Dr. Yeh’s office for a cleaning. Okay first off front desk blew me away with their professionalism. Stefany and Cristi explained everything to me so that calmed my nerves. They are super joyful. Marlene the hygienist was so nice and I fell asleep while she did my cleaning. Her kindness made me feel at ease. After my cleaning, I met Dr. Hirschfeld and I was so embarrassed by my teeth and her chairside manners were so professional. She explained everything and I walked out knowing I can finally trust someone with my oral care. I highly recommend this office super clean and bright.
Update: Dr. Park the oral surgeon and the assistant Amanda had extracted my tooth and placed a bone graft today. I didn't feel anything. The front desk Stefany came into the room to say hi as well. Dr. Hirschfeld I can't say enough about her she is just so kind and explains everything that needs to be done. They really made my experiences at the dentist a good one. No dental office in Bloomfield compares! The place is beautiful with spa-like amenities like blankets and headphones. The staff is so attentive and kind, always going above and beyond. Dr. Yeh is phenomenal—thorough and gentle, never pushing unnecessary treatments. Had a cleaning today, and Dr. Hirschfeld and the hygienist even asked about my kids. Makes even fillings bearable. Great for pediatric dentistry and regular cleanings.

This is a review of my first visit. I had a good experience with Marlene and Dr Hirschfeld. Marlene was thorough, friendly, and caring as she did full sets of X-rays and photos and cleaned my teeth meticulously. Just the kind of person you want around when you’re vulnerable and flat on your back with your mouth wide open. Dr H explained her treatment plan with examples from the photos and X-rays. She’s a good communicator. I honestly think I learned a little radiology. I would have given five stars but the cost of the follow up they proposed feels pretty high.

Dr. Yeh and his staff are top notch. From the moment you get in the office you are greeted by extremely friendly staff members who make sure you’re comfortable and are very prompt. There was almost no wait before I was called in.
Amanda the dental assistant was amazing and did such a great job taking my x rays which I normally hate doing. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
Dr. Yeh is definitely well experienced and is able to explain everything and took a great deal of time and care in making sure he checked everything out during the exam. You are in good hands with him.
Finally I got a professional cleaning done by Joselynn and my mouth has never felt cleaner!
Also a special shout out to Stefany at the front desk who took time to help me see the cost breakdowns for my visit and figure out my insurance coverage.
Overall I highly recommend this office. 10/10 experience.

This practice is so compassionate and caring, they really want you to have a good experience and there are so many little details to make you comfortable. So many people are anxious and afraid of the dentist and if that's you then I would highly recommend Dr. Yeh and Associates because they will really go the extra mile to make you feel calm and relaxed. They are always up to date with the latest technology and tools so you know you're getting the best care possible. My previous dentist was extremely old-fashioned and he even developed his own x-rays in his own darkroom, so when I came to this practice, I was astounded by the big screen on the wall in front of you that shows all your teeth and x-rays right there on the TV for you to see. Jocelyn the dental hygenist and Michelle B. RDA were both so incredibly kind to me when I was nervous and they have a caring presence that goes above and beyond. Dr. Yeh is friendly, empathetic and clearly enjoys what he does and takes pride in his practice. Overall I would definitely recommend this practice whether you are nervous about going to the dentist or just looking for a compassionate and sophisticated office to take care of your dental needs.

Dr. Yeh and everyone who works in his office are THE BEST!! I've gotten my teeth cleaned and whitened here with Dr. Yeh and Michelle. Once you start going to Dr. Yeh, you can never go to another dentist. The level of care here is luxurious and they give detailed attention to your teeth. Dr. Yeh is super thorough with examinations and he checks your teeth, throat, and tongue to make sure everything is clean and healthy. He is also a natural educator, super kind and generous, and he takes his time to help you understand the hygiene and health of your gums and teeth.
The office also looks after every detail to make sure that you are well taken care of during your procedures, from blankets to neck warmers (the best!), chapstick, and sparkling clean offices. During the zoom whitening procedure, they even gave me a bell to ring if I needed help with anything and cool audio headphones to listen to music during the procedure.
When I was younger, one of my guy friends once said about my yellow sweater, "I like the color of your sweater. It brings out the color of your teeth." I've been super insecure about the color of my teeth since then but thanks to Dr. Yeh and his staff, I can smile wide wherever I go! Thank you Dr. Yeh!!
