Dr. Moore is hands-down the best dentist I've had. So thorough and detail-oriented—he doesn't miss a thing. He explains everything and never makes you feel rushed. The care and precision are unmatched. Honestly, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my crowns and bridges in Fort Wright. He's the best around.

Honestly, I was in so much pain and my face was really swollen. My appointment was days away, but the front desk girls went above and beyond to help. Then a doctor came around the corner and fit me in right then. It's nice to know some people still have empathy. I can't thank them enough for squeezing me in for my root canal. 17 stars!

Tried to book an appointment but the texting process was a mess. Kept getting messages threatening to cancel while I was at work. I offered to call, gave permission, but they never called. Then after work, the person on text was rude, demanding info I already provided on intake forms. Not a good first impression for Fort Wright. Really disappointing.

Insanely aggressive texts and so many changed appointment times? I confirmed my appointment, they texted and changed the time, I asked about it then they suddenly told me they didnt have a doctor that day. Then I rescheduled and confirmed to only received FOUR MORE confirm texts???
Then all of a sudden even though I filled out the intake form with all of my info like my ssn and my insurance... they kept asking me to text this information to them on an unsecured text line? I asked them to please call me if they needed my ssn again. I also sent my insurance card 3 times from 2 emails and the humana website directly. They were then essentially acting like I dont have insurance and saying they couldnt confirm my employer (which was passive aggressive and weird, i am insured through my employer which is on both my insurance card and my intake form...) and stating they couldnt confirm my insurance unless I had the physical card in person (which, Humana and most dental plans dont even use physical cards). Overall after having a confirmed appointment all week that got changes multiple times, I got spammed over and over again and treated weirdly just for me to have to cancel because they stated if I dont have the physical card they somehow cant verify my insurance and it would be out of pocket. Even though every other place... ever... can verify it with the literal website version of the card, all of my information, and a group and member number as well as my ssn? Very nasty texting process. Should've been a phone call because whoever is in charge of that texting line is extremely rude and unhelpful and unprofessional.
Was in for a routine cleaning and can’t say enough wonderful descriptions about Lisa and her ability to calm and make me feel at ease. She has a gentle and caring approach to her cleaning procedure and I would highly recommend her!
After moving to the area, I was overwhelmed with choices. Ended up choosing Mortenson because of the location in Fort Wright, and that was just the start. The facility is super clean, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. If you want an easy, friendly dentist experience, this is it. I'm officially a patient now!

This place is absolutely fantastic the staff are very nice the doctors are great and they are gentle and kind n understanding if you have fears of procedures..I found that this is the top of the line dentist I can say I ever been to and would most definitely recommend them to anyone . Thanks to all of the staff who work hard to make this place a five star rating !

AWFUL experience! I scheduled an appointment in September for my niece. I was told they accept Aetna then. We waited 4 months for the appointment and go in today to be told they don’t accept her insurance! Also my appointment was already pushed back an hour and 40 mins due to being “short staffed” I can see why. Would not recommend.

Their website says they take Aetna, but when I called, they said they don't accept my plan. Finally got an answer: only if it's from an employer. Feels like money over people. They won't join the network, so they can charge higher prices. Not the kind of dentist I want for my family in Fort Wright.

Left this morning without a cleaning even though I had an appointment. When I scheduled, I clearly said I can't get X-rays until January because of my FSA. They said that was fine. But today, the hygienist said X-rays were required. So I left. Waste of time. Not happy with how this was handled in Fort Wright.

Went here for years out of convenience, but it went downhill. Never called back on time—average 20-minute wait. Last time, they brought me back late and didn't even clean my teeth because of their timing. Also, they can't keep hygienists; I had a different person every six months. Not worth it for cleanings in Fort Wright anymore.

Went in for the first time. Everyone was super nice. The front desk ladies are the best but Sadie SUPER BEST and the best dancer also 🙌🏽 ask her to show her dance moves. The whole staff is GREAT
The two stars is only beause they do have 1 great female hygenist. They have cancelled my appointment once and my husband Timothy 3x. Yes 3x. Everytime they say the dentist isn't in we have to reschedule! Once they backtracked the statement and said they had the appointment available still. They had overbooked. The front of the house staff especially one in particular is insanely rude and has ZERO customer service skills shouting things that should be said in private yet the whole practice can hear. I want both of us transferred to another location as they can't be this bad! I do not want either one of us to have to get a MILLION X Rays and start over. Please call us!
When I moved to Kentucky I had to be on state insurance and couldn't find a dentist in Northern Kentucky that would deal with Medicaid. I had a horrible year and a half of going back and forth to Lexington before I was lucky enough to find Mortenson! They have been the nicest most helpful group of folks that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in the dentistry department. They're always very friendly, very accommodating and very sensitive to the level of dentistry that you need. They never make you feel like there isn't hope for your teeth or your care! They're truly the best 👌
My hygienist Candace is exceptional and always makes your visit enjoyable and comfortable! Gets you in & out which I love as well! Nice atmosphere and Dr. Moore also has a great bedside manner with his patients.

So thankful for Dr. Moore and everyone here. My daughter and I have Medicaid and struggled to find a local dentist—used to drive over an hour to Lexington. So happy we can both be seen here in Fort Wright. My daughter had a great cleaning, and I need some root canals and crowns. They're taking great care of us.
