Honestly, after not seeing a dentist for almost 6 years, I was pretty nervous heading into Mountain Dental Arts in Ontario. But Sandy and Donna at the front desk were so welcoming right away—they really put me at ease. My appointment lasted about 2 hours, and yeah, I got a bit emotional during my cleaning, but in a good way! Carmen, the hygienist, was super gentle and caring, especially since I've been feeling self-conscious about my teeth lately. Mary Beth, Shannon H, and Dr. China were all amazing too for my first visit. Couldn't be happier with how it went!

Almost 20 years ago, tired of going back to TO for dental care, I switched to Mountain Dental Arts in Ontario on my mom's recommendation. Today, hygienist Melissa always gives friendly tips to maximize my dental hygiene between visits—I love her patient manner. Dr. Murtaza has an awesome freezing technique for procedures like root canals, perfect if you fear needles! The front team is welcoming and helpful, and there's always coffee waiting. Couldn't ask for better!

My kids and I go to mountain dental arts and have been very happy. After a few attempts to find a good dentist in hamilton we finally found a friendly, and well skilled ones as mountain dental arts. They are great with kids as well which is a huge bonus!

Very simple I have been a patient there for 48 years, the people are like family, so friendly and caring. As soon as you walk in you are always greeted by friendly and respectful staff.
