Honestly, this has to be one of the worst dentists I've ever visited in Columbus, GA. After my previous dentist passed away mid-treatment, I had serious tooth decay and was hoping for help with fillings and general dentistry. They promised to fix things, but a year later, I'm still dealing with problems. My tooth chipped twice—once on bread, once on plastic—and all they said was to watch how I chew. Super frustrating experience.

I've been going to Muscogee Dentistry in Columbus, GA for over a year now, and it's hands down the worst dental office I've ever been to. They have dental assistants doing cleanings instead of trained pros, the staff seems all family with poor training, and they rarely answer calls—just give you the runaround. I even filed a complaint with the board of dentistry. Charging insurance for subpar preventive check-ups and services is unacceptable. Avoid this place!

They scheduled me reasonably quick and started the dental work when no other dentist would see adults with my plan. Yeah, it's a no for me. I used to like this place in Columbus, GA, but lately, I've been getting the runaround. Been rescheduled so much that my tooth worsened, and now I need a root canal. The office hours are ridiculous and inconvenient. Made an appointment for a filling, went in, and they rescheduled me for a filling—like, huh? That's why I'm here! Currently looking for a new office for me and my kids for general dentistry.

I used to love this dental office in Columbus, GA, but after COVID, it's been chaos. Really upset—my mouth is in so much pain due to getting the runaround. Was told the dentist could pull my wisdom tooth with a small cavity, went to the appointment, and they said they'd check and call me. No one called, I had to keep calling, then was told yes, came to a second appointment, and got referred to an oral surgeon. Now my tooth is in terrible pain, and the oral surgeon couldn't get me in quick. For oral surgery and extractions, this was a mess.

Dr. Trice is the best—first dentist who didn't hurt me! My kids love her too and actually look forward to appointments. She's our family dentist in Columbus, GA. When I split a tooth down to the root at 33 weeks pregnant, my OB cleared me for emergency dental care, and Dr. Trice was a total blessing. Highly recommend for families needing pediatric dentistry or urgent help.

This dentist is NOT handicap accessible. there is a ramp, but that is where the accessibility ends. Wheelchair does not fit in exam rooms. Bathroom is a mini closet, and staff is clueless how to help. NOT TO MENTION, I waited over an hour to be seen with an appointment.

The most unprofessional place I've experienced since moving to Georgia. They didn't send a confirmation email or courtesy call for my toddler's appointment in Columbus, GA. On the day, they called an hour early asking if I could come in early. I said yes, got us dressed, and headed out, then got another call asking if I was on my way or needed to reschedule. Being rushed for their convenience when they weren't ready was frustrating. For pediatric dentistry, this was a letdown.

The "Supervisor" is so unprofessional! We were scheduled for an appointment about 2 weeks ago and then at the last minute they decided they were going to close the office on that day because they are going out of town. Told me I can either wait 2 more weeks or call around to see another Dentist. She even hung up on me. Asked to speak to someone else and no one was "available".
