I really wanted to give this place more stars because the receptionist and the dental assistant were amazing. They were both kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the dentist herself lacked empathy. My front tooth is literally on the verge of falling out, which is already stressful enough. When I asked about a same day replacement option, she refused, saying they were about to close. It was around 8:00 PM, and she mentioned herself that the temporary bridge would take about two hours, even though the office closes at 11:00 PM. Do with that information what you will. It honestly felt like she was more ready to go than ready to help.
Very unfortunate, especially since I loved the all women staff and the representation. Hopefully that particular dentist learns that empathy and patient care should come first, especially in urgent situations
Broke a molar on a Friday, by Saturday morning I had X-rays and an extraction done on site! Wasn't ready for the expenses, but they helped me get Care Credit same day. The office was so punctual and polite, especially for a weekend visit. Can't thank them enough! Shoutout to Dr. Muraya for gentle hands during surgery, Consuella for TLC and cleanup, and Taronda at the front for handling my Care Credit. The team was lovely!

Had a crown pop off while eating late on a Friday. My regular dentist is closed on weekends, so I found My Emergency Dental. Got seen at 10am the next morning and they re-cemented it. From the initial call to walking out, everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind. If you're in a pinch with a dental issue, definitely call them. Thanks again y'all!

Dr. Ard and staff were amazing! Went in for a painful molar, she discovered it was cracked and sent me to an endodontist for a consult. Tooth couldn't be saved, so I went back to Dr. Ard for extraction. It was a perfect experience—no pain, the actual extraction seemed to take 5 minutes. Got a bone graft for a future implant, and she sutured it up. Was dreading it, but it ended up being the best possible scenario.

If you need emergency treatment with no other options, I'd recommend this place. The doctor and nurses are friendly, knowledgeable, and address your concerns. My issue is billing! They charge a $50 COVID fee and a $50 late fee that aren't billable to insurance and not disclosed until checkout. Non-emergency care costs way more than a regular dentist. They quoted me $2400 out-of-pocket for a partial, while my spouse got two partials for less elsewhere.

Great experience at the Marietta location. Called ahead and Lisa was super nice on the phone. Got there 15 minutes early and Taronda at the front desk took my info right away—she was friendly too. Starr the dental assistant took an x-ray of just the infected tooth, which I appreciated since I was already in a lot of pain. She kept me calm the whole time! Dr. Ard was fantastic—gave me options and I chose extraction. She was so gentle, it was one of the most pain-free procedures I've had.

We drove from Franklin NC to see Dr Muraya on a Saturday evening urgent need appointment . The office was friendly , professional , clean and very caring . I am so appreciative of the care my 15 year old received . The ERs can treat symptoms but seeing a dental professional we were able to receive a diagnosis and begin appropriate treatment immediately . .
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The compassionate team and high-quality care were such a relief. This was such a great experience I can express that enough. I walked into here with a cracked tooth that’s been decaying and was ready for the worst. I cried the whole way to Marietta and was crying when the doctor walked in, stressed about the financial burden and what the outcome would be physically. The ladies at the front were SO friendly and helpful, and the doctor gave me recommendations on what would be the best course of action which was so sincere and I appreciated.
Who doesn’t fear walking in to the dentist in general but also the fear that the people in there might be less genuine and do unnecessary procedures? I was freaking out, especially not being in the best financial spot. Luckily, she took all of that into consideration while giving me feedback and pointed me in the right direction to move forward.

Loved these guys. They took great care of me!! I was not feeling well and four people came out to treat me. They also spoke with my family and MADE them understand they needed to come me. They were so kind and patient with me and went over and above what was should have been expected. I can't speak highly enough for all they did for me!

Came here on a Saturday for a toothache. Even though they had several people ahead of me, they checked on me and made sure I was okay during the wait. I can't say enough good things! I'm terrified of the dentist and usually need medication, but in an emergency that wasn't an option. They truly put my mind at ease. Prices were surprisingly low for emergency service, and the service was amazing! CC took great care of me and had me relaxed by the time the doctor came. Thanks so much guys!

Highly recommend this place! Had been putting off serious dental work for years and decided I needed to get it done. Called that morning and they saw me that same afternoon. Miranda and Dr. Ard showed me ALL the options. Once I decided, they did the work immediately and I'm very happy with it. Great atmosphere, super informative. Where do I even start!! This all-female staff was beyond amazing! I came in terrified and in a level 10 pain. Tried meds and oragel, nothing helped. Ms. CC, Ms. Lisa, Ms. Fran, and Dr. Ard made me feel right at home in Marietta, GA and took every bit of my nerves away. Ms. CC was so sweet and made my wisdom tooth extraction super easy. My experience was incredible !! I have had traumatizing dental experiences in the past and I was very on edge when I went into the office on a Wednesday afternoon after my old tooth broke off the previous day. The front office staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Burke and Taylor were both compassionate, informative and professional. I had to have the said tooth extracted and I am most thankful that they were able to do so with efficient ease and mannerisms . I did not have to wait for a later appt. Or an oral surgeon risking delays or infections. Many thanks to Dr. BURKE & TAYLOR !! 48 HOURS later, I am happy to say recovery is going well. Thanks for letting my cry and babble on arrival. 👌
