Google reminded me to write this, but I was already planning to. Normally I avoid dentists like crazy—bad past experiences made me super anxious. But Dr. Marsh and his staff really listened to my concerns. I had a bad infection in my jaw and needed a double extraction. They got me scheduled fast, and the whole thing was quick and comfortable. Honestly, I was more worried about laughing too hard during the procedure. If you need sedation dentistry in Sedona, this is the place.

Dr. Marsh and staff are wonderful. I was able to make an emergency appointment at the end of the day, and they all stayed late to finish the procedure. I was very pleased with the outcome.
Went in for my first exam today—no cleaning, just a chat to review x-rays and history. The office is nice, staff friendly and efficient. I really liked their new patient approach—it's like a dental interview where you get to know everyone. The treatment area is one big room with about 5 chairs separated by half walls, windows to look out. Only one other patient there. Happy with my choice of a local dentist in Sedona for cosmetic dentistry and general care.

Never enjoyed a dentist visit this much. On a road trip, cracked a temporary crown. Called and they invited me right in. The team was warm and the vibe put me at ease. They stayed late to fix it so I didn't have to drive 8 hours home. Plus, they did a same day dental crown—amazing.

If you're scared of dentists, go here. I have severe odontophobia—dealt with a broken tooth for 2 years with low infection. Finally had enough pain and found Dr. Marsh. Emailed about financing for an extraction. Reuben responded promptly—one of the nicest people ever. Came in the next day. They really understand anxiety. Best sedation dentistry in Sedona.

Went to see this dentist in July while out of town on vacation Because my son had excruciating tooth pain. They extracted the tooth. The doctor was really nice. I felt good about the service. However, they charge you upfront before charging the insurance and they charge me $1081 out-of-pocket which I gladly pay to get my son out of pain. I get the coverage for my insurance in the mail and they only submitted $533 worth of dental work. I called the office to let them know. And the receptionist Ruben is really rude and proceeded to tell me that the bone graph was not covered Under my insurance in which I told him it seems super shady that you didn’t submit everything that you guys did To the insurance so that they could either approve or deny. He got upset with me and hung up the phone on me. I then called back, asked to speak to a manager in which he says he is the manager. I asked to speak to the doctor and which she said I will not be able to speak To the doctor that if I call back, he will block my number. Very unprofessional of course they’re nice when you first go there because they want you to do The service is there to get the money, but when you call in question why they only submitted part of services to the insurance they get upset. This dentist should really look into having a new receptionist. He was beyond rude and luckily, I don’t live in Sedona. Otherwise I would’ve gone up to the office. I would recommend you to find a different dentist other than this one if in the area needing emergency service Because they could charge whatever they want and then submit whatever they want to your insurance and you can’t do nothing about it cause you don’t live out there and you’re not gonna go back
Dr. Marsh squeezed me in after a painful tooth kept me up all night. Ruben at the front desk was super friendly and explained the procedure clearly—loved understanding the 'why' behind the plan. Dr. Marsh saved my tooth with laser gum surgery before. Highly skilled and puts you at ease. Great for cosmetic dentistry in Sedona.

It always happens on a Friday! Massive toothache onset Friday, called the office first thing Saturday morning and left a msg - Dr Marsh called back later that morning, listened to my concerns and booked me a 10am appointment for the Monday - which was Labor Day!! The staff are excellent, kind professional and helpful, Dr Marsh took multiple X-rays and laid out the problem as he saw it based on his 10 years of experience, pros and cons and his best advice on what to do next. I took his advice and got almost instant relief. It needs a few days to fully recover but so far, 6hrs after the fact, all is good.
Dr Marsh and his team provide a true 24/7 emergency service. Thank you.

I am giving 10/10 to My Family Dentist. Dr. Marsh and his entire crew were so helpful when I came in as an emergency patient. I was in town for a work trip and my crown came off during my stay. The office got me in the next day and was able to get me set up with what I needed right then and there. I am extremely thankful for the caring office staff and their amazing sense of humor. If you are in the area and in need of dental care I would highly recommend this group!
Dr. Marsh and Selena were awesome. On vacation from VA, a tooth shattered. Dr. Marsh called me Sunday evening and saw me Monday morning. Needed a root canal and crown—all done that morning. I had the good fortune of finding Dr Daniels while I was in Sedona. His 5 star reviews caught my eye. Time in the lovely waiting room was minimal but while there I checked out some retro items like a manual typewriter and a dial telephone! He and his team take time to explain not only what they are doing but why they are doing it. Dr Daniels has state of the art equipment and is committed to doing the best job possible. He spent extra time working on my problem tooth until he was satisfied. He is respectful with his staff and it's clear they have a good working relationship. During my first visit with the hygienist, Julia, she had me explain my current dental care routine and show her how I brushed/flossed. She made corrections and then asked if I had any questions. I was there for about an hour and left with a new commitment to keeping my teeth healthy. I even booked my next 6 month cleaning appointment!
