All three of my kids have been seeing Dr. Brown since they were little, and we've always had a great time. My youngest is 13 now and still actually likes going to the dentist! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, really good with kids. We appreciate the pediatric dentistry care they provide and recommend this office to anyone.

Honestly, not a great experience. The dental assistant told my kid he was fine and almost done when he was lifting his hand because of a bad gag reflex. They ignored him trying to get them to stop. I had to walk over and then she gave him a break. She was rude and not good with kids. Also the setup with all kids in one room was odd and stressful for my kids—very overstimulating. Dr. Brown was overly apologetic about a five-minute wait, which wasn't a big deal. He even went out to my car as my mom was getting the kids in.

Took my kiddo in for a cleaning today and it was great. My Kids' Dentist is the only pediatric practice in the quad cities with a registered dental hygienist cleaning kids' teeth! Tracy was super thorough but gentle, and Chynna kept my son laughing. Dr. Brown was efficient, funny, and patient during the exam, plus he gave me a detailed rundown of what he noticed. Front office staff were friendly at checkout too. Love the care we get here in Prescott Valley.

Great dentist. My son had 3 teeth pulled today to make room for his adult teeth and he said it was painless. Dr. Brown is friendly and explains everything well. His assistant Yaiza was great too. Really appreciate the emergency dental service here.

I have 4 kids who LOVE to go to the dentist every 6 months!! They are always asking me if it's time to go to the dentist yet. They can't wait to see Dr. Brown & his staff. They are so good with the kids & make you feel so comfortable. They do all 4 kids at the same time, so we are in and out. Very trustworthy and professional, yet fun.

The whole staff was amazing with my kids and comforting to me when my 2 kids had some work done. They made it all as easy as it could be. Dr. Courtney was very attentive to all of us and she even called after hours to check on my kids 🫶🏼🙌🏻

My kids love this place and Debbie in the front office is always so sweet and helpful. I accidentally showed up a day early for an appointment and even though the office was closed she met me with a smile and we both laughed that I showed up a day early! It was nice to make light of a situation like that.

Everyone is super nice, as soon as you walk in they are ready to help. The Dentist is very nice and explains things in a way that's easy to understand and really works with you to do what's best for your child. My daughter has been here twice now and I'm happy to say she says she loves going to the dentist.
